I always look forward to my visits at Skin Synthesis, she always listens and has the best recommendations.
I started going to Skin Synthesis in February to get a microneedling treatment done for my skin, and wow was I shocked at the results. I was interested in getting some botox and lip filler but was unsure, and worried about looking “overdone”. Jenny took the time to talk to me and understand what my aesthetic goals were. She took the time to personalize my injections and make sure I stayed looking completely natural and like myself. I recommend Jenny to all my friends. Not only is she great at her craft, but she is incredibly personable and fun to be around.
I’ve hit my mid 30s and have noticed some forehead lines that concern me. I have several friends whom get preventative Botox, I was referred to Jenny and set up a visit. Jenny has a bright and beautiful little studio space in Seattle. She was full of educational advice and information. She is friendly, professional and comforting.
I proceeded with my first round of preventative Botox and am pleased with my results. The results appear very natural! I definitely recommend Jenny! I look forward to booking other services with her, to keep my face looking young and refreshed! Thank you!!!
Jenny is absolutely amazing! If you are looking for someone who is knowledgeable, friendly, skilled and produces great results then look no further. I was struggling to find someone who I could trust for all my skin needs. I found Jenny after an extensive google search and I’m so happy I did. She made me feel comfortable and took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. She even reached out after to see how I was doing. I had a microneedling prp treatment done and the results are looking AMAZING! Education and safety are important to me when it comes to cosmetic procedures and Jenny exceeds my expectations on this. I am someone who is very expressive with my face, so I didn’t want to end up not being able to communicate. Jenny immediately picked up my on that within one minute and assured me that she wouldn’t make me frozen! She was so gentle during the service making sure I was comfortable. Let me tell you!!!! After a few days I officially lost all my stress form my forehead! Plus the tension I held around my eyes is gone. That’s something I wasn’t expecting!

Wowzaa! If you’re looking for the perfect aesthetics nurse, stop now, you have found the one. Jenny has it all: professionalism, expertise, attention to detail, compassion and to top it all off, she has the best sense of humor. So needless to say, It’s always a pleasant experience at Skin Synthesis. Remember to talk to her about the products she carries as well. My favorite is the Epionce line. She makes great recommendations based on individual needs but never pressures me to buy things that I don’t need. Same with injection needs; she is so kind and caring and never makes me feel like I need a bunch of unnecessary injections. She’s honest but never makes me feel like I need anything done, but rather she focuses on what I want. Always making me feel beautiful, no matter what, and let’s be honest, that’s what we are all here for.
I have been meaning to write this review for quite a long time. Simply don’t go anywhere else! I am in the medical field, highly skeptical, and very nervous to have any one do anything to my skin or face. I am hyper aware of what could go wrong and trust absolutely no one. Jenny put me at ease from the very beginning. She understands the science, the technique, and the finesse of all things essential to enhancing skin, facial youth, and general well being in the cosmetic world. I would not and do trust anyone else, but in her hands I have full confidence. I have had her inject botox several times at this point and it always comes out flawless. She always handles every appointment with the absolute utmost care, caution, and careful strategic placement to ensure clients the best possible outcome. Having worked in the dermatology field in the past there is absolutely no one else that I would put my face in the hands of period. Jenny Hartley is the absolute best at what she does. I look more rested, younger, my skin glows, my maskny (mask induced chin acne) is gone, and best of all, I look very natural. Excited for my next appointment!

Going to Skin Synthesis was a dream come true. I have been struggling with my aging skin and had no idea where to start. Jenny helped to guide and educate me throughout the way. I truly trust her expertise and her guidance in picking the right treatments for my skin. I now understand my skin in ways I never have known before. We decided to start gentler as I have sensitive skin and I went with a deep pore cleanse. My face was glowing the next day and everyone asked me what I had done! I also received a B-complex shot during my visit and I felt so energized for days after.

It was kismet that I made an appointment with Jenny. I’m 47 and really felt like it was time to take my skin-care regime to a new level. Jenny spent a lot of time with me reviewing a lot of option regarding skin health and protection. She isn’t there to hard sell on her services or offerings and is truly interested in your health, happiness and well-being. I really felt like this appointment was the highlight of my day. I purchased some wonderful SPF products (I really hate what’s out there for the face) and a few other items.

Jenny is a phenomenal practitioner. I respect and appreciate her need for perfection. Since I turned 40 this year, I wanted to turn back time. I consulted with Jenny to get rid of upper face wrinkles (forehead, crows feet and glabellar lines). I wanted to make sure my look stayed natural with only slightly diminished expressions. I was worried about having a frozen face.
Jenny was able to accomplish what I wanted for myself. She didn’t pressure me or have conceived notions for what I would need. She listened and provided the treatments that were appropriate.
She also gave science based rationale for what would and what would likely not work for my face shape and skin type.
I’m looking forward to my next treatment at Skin-Synthesis.
