I had a DiamondGlow facial with Jenny in June 2023. The treatment was relaxing and left my face feeling hydrated and glowing. Jenny was very personable and chatted with me the whole time, as well as recommending different products for my skin concerns. Thank you Jenny!
I’m eternally grateful to have found Jenny & Skin Synthesis. There are so many things that make her, this place & the services offered, unique. I am a highly sensitive person & am connected very somatically to my physical body. Sometimes, this tends to lend towards anxiety/nervousness when having a physical experience. Not only did Jenny address all my emotional/mental worries, I felt assured physically that I was in good hands by all her training, as well as her personable demeaner & professional, yet deeply connected bedside manner. I always feel like she is very present with me & is continually making an effort to understand me, my needs/desires on a deeper level. In short, I don’t think I could honestly go anywhere else, while feeling the ease & confidence that I do in the care of Jenny & Skin Synthesis. I’m so pleased with my results & feel more & more comfortable & confident in my own skin. So much gratititude & joy that she follwed her dream/passion, so that I can also follow mine!!! I highly recommend her services to anyone, especially first timers who are a little nervous or on the fence! This was my first visit for Botox treatments. I was happy with the time Jenny spent understanding my concerns and subsequently offering suggestions to mitigate them. I am very pleased with the extra care she took during the treatments and now observing in the mirror the great results with no bruising. I have already booked another visit and I’m excited to try another service.
Jenny made me feel very comfortable during my lip filler appointment. She was informative and kindly answered all questions that came up. I appreciated her personable demeanor. My lips turned out just as I’d hoped. I’ll be returning 🙂
I went to see Jenny to finally resolve my scowling brow concern, not expecting an impromptu therapy session as well! She was so kind and attentive- I left the appointment glowing inside and out.
I can not speak more highly of Jenny Hartley!! She is the most thourough and caring provider I have ever met! I had seen her for Botox in the past, but post baby I felt I needed a little extra help with my under eyes (lack of sleep and genetics). I have now gone through 2/3 PRP undereye treatments and it is truly my favorite cosmetic/aesthetics treatment I have done to date!! I feel more confident, look rested and more youthful, and feel more like myself. The treatment was painless and Jenny coached me through everything she was doing, realistic expectations, recovery time, post-care, etc. I have since booked a BBL treatment with her as I trust her fully with my face and aesthetics journey.

I recently moved to Seattle from Northern California and did extensive research trying to find someone I trusted as my new Botox injector. Jenny had such glowing reviews on Google, I figured I would try her out.
In my appointments with her, Jenny has been such a great knowledge base – I’ve asked her questions about not only Botox but my skincare routine, questions about other fillers/injections, and products she recommends. She’s even recommended options to me outside of her practice (where she would gain zero financial benefit) because they may be a better option for what I need.
After my first appointment with her, I ended up booking a Diamondglow Facial – which was amazing and I plan on regularly doing going forward. I’ve got an upcoming appointment for a BBL Hero lasering treatment (a cheaper option than the microneedling I was originally looking into – once again proving Jenny is in it to give you the best option for your skin and not just take your money for money’s sake).
She also has an amazing group of products – I’ve purchased sunscreens, creams and moisturizers to add to my routine and have found they’re making great difference in keeping my skin healthy and hydrated.
I’d highly recommend her to anyone looking for their Botox or skincare needs!
I had my first appointment with Jenny Hartley at Skin Synthesis in November 2022. She was referred to me by my previous injector who had moved out of state. I am grateful for the recommendation. It was an excellent experience. Her space is inviting and Jenny’s warmth and kindness is instantly recognizable and made the visit immediately comfortable. Jenny took the time to ask me all the right questions regarding what my goals were from the service and about what concerns or sensitivities I might have. She went over options and price points in a clear and manner and gave expert advice in furthering my goals. The injections themselves were smooth and seamless and Jenny took the time to check-in a few weeks later to ask about the results. It was easy to answer as I was very satisfied and pleased with what she had done. I look forward to seeing her again and fully recommend her services.
Saw Jenny for Botox. She’s extremely knowledgeable. She’s always very realistic in what to expect from treatments and always focuses on what my goals are. She’s also very friendly and efficient. 💯 recommend!!!!

She carries the best products!! I absolutely love the Anfisa moisturizer, it makes my skin so hydrated and smooth. I also have been using the Anfisa Azelaic Acid cream and that’s really helped my complexion, especially post partum. I share the Epionce eye cream with my husband and he loves it as much as I do! It was seamless shopping online with her and shipping arrived promptly! She’s my go to beauty guru.
Jenny is the absolute best. You have lots of options in Seattle but I picked Jenny because of her experience working as a NP in an ICU for some many years. No shade, but I only want an experience professional putting needles in my skin. I’m also terrified of needles and Jenny does a great job at busting out distractions and telling me stories to calm my nerves. Best of all, I enjoy coming to see her. She’s a good soul, who is knowledgeable, passionate, and professional. Appointments are never rushed and she always emails or texts to check in afterward on how I’m doing. The care is 10/10. Jenny is constantly doing continuing education to be the best of the best!
Jenny is amazing! She treated me with 2 different lasers for my sun damage and skin texture and the experience was perfect. The prep she emailed me, how she explained the treatment and I was so surprised it didn’t hurt at all. I felt so well taken care of. Highly recommend!
Amazing! Jenny is literally the best- she opened up her place for me and welcomed my friends and I on her off day! I had 2 treatments- PRP for the undereyes and a PRP facial! Cannot recommend this enough ! I’ve tried fillers, peels, and tons of undereye creams without any luck. After a few weeks, I am already seeing improvement, and cannot wait to see the full results. The facial was exactly what my skin needed- natural filling, improved texture, and all using my own PRP.
She was attentive to my concerns/ needs, honest, and thorough. I felt connected with her from the get go, it felt like I was being treated by a close friend! From the numbing experience to the undereye injections to the facial, every part was seamless, and I love that she kept checking in to make sure I was doing ok.
I live in Atlanta and it can be hard to find a knowledgeable reputable trustworthy/ honest provider who isn’t just trying to sell me something, but also confident AND skilled in what they do. Jenny is just that and so much more- cannot recommend her and Skin Synthesis enough. I am so glad that I was able to meet her– she was well worth the trip out to Seattle. Will definitely be scheduling with her when I go back to visit!
