God sent, really. I’ve tried EVERYTHING under the sun for my acne. I went to esthetics school after plenty of derms didn’t help me. Esthetics school helped me understand more about skin, but it wasn’t until Stephanie that I finally got some lasting results. Within two weeks, my face was already happier and I’m excited for this journey of having gorgeous skin once again. You pay for what you get, a luxury experience with experts. Would highly recommend!!
Sapien is impressive from the elevated services down to the unique aesthetic. Stephanie and the team approached my skin holistically and with science as a basis for my products. Couldn’t be more satisfied with the results and ongoing professional service
Uhhhhmmmm where do I start? This place is absolutely phenomenal. Stephanie is a goddess sent from the heavens to bless my skin with perfection, the interior is absolutely stunning, modern, chic, and makes me feel like a million bucks just walking in, the customer service is top notch with seltzer water while you wait (if you even have to because everyone who works there is super punctual), and Stephanie, my god. First time meeting her, she practically knew 100% of my life story just by looking at my skin. She communicates super well and sets expectations so you don’t go into it thinking something unreasonable is going to be curried in one session. Overall, I love this place and will recommend it to absolutely anyone who wants something done to their skin. Love all of you!!
I started coming to Sapien to get my brows done by Jess. She did excellent work, and I have continued to have her do my brows, but the skincare is what is most impressive about Jess and Sapien.
She is so incredibly knowledgeable, and explains everything clearly. I have been searching for a long time for a place like this, where I can get actual information about my skin and how to improve it, and where the esthetician isn’t afraid to sell me the products to do so, as well as give me the honest scoop on how my lifestyle can hurt/improve my skin.
The facials are lovely, if sometimes intense – but they always yield incredible results. Aside from this, the establishment is beautiful and unique, and every staff member I have interacted with has been exceptionally kind and professional. They have an amazing culture and it shows in every aspect of the business. This place is the real deal, and I would recommend it without hesitation to anyone who wants to get serious about their skin!
I have been going to Sapien Skin for almost a year and the changes in my skin are astounding. I mostly see Jess, but have also seen Stephanie a couple times. They are the sweetest batch of total skincare nerds that you will ever meet at Sapien Skin! I can’t recommend them enough!

I cannot say enough good things about this buisness and the women who work here. I have been a client for almost a year now and every single experience I’ve had here has been 10/10. Jess is a pro with brows, lashes and facials – she takes her time to explain what she is doing and why — which is SO key in the world of skincare. She always provides me with options at different price levels for skincare products and I’ve never been pushed into buying anything. Customer service here is top notch and I look foward to going every single time. Steph has been doing my MIPL/IPL facials and has guided me through the process, step by step. Both of them text to check in after big treatments and make themselves available to answer questions whenver they come up. As someone who is newer to this level of skincare, I appreciate how both providers take their time to describe everything step by step. Steph will go as deep as you want into the sciene behind what she is doing — she knows her stuff. if you are looking to level up in skincare….this is the place to go! These women are amazing and supporting their buisness is a no brainer for me!
Finding Sapien Skin and Beauty has changed my life. Stephanie has been able to transform my skin that has been a problem all my life. I went from dull, acne prone skin to clear, radiant skin. All the ladies at Sapien are so knowledgeable and work with you and your budget. This is not just a place to get a facial, it is a place to heal and treat your skin!
I walked by this salon and was intrigued to look it up! Made an appt for a brow/eyelash tint! I immediately felt like I was welcomed into Stephanie’s home. so kind and honest…in fact giving me the cold hard truth that my overplucked 90s brows arent eligible for microblading! I appreciate an honest business person, and that’s who Stephanie is. 100 and million percent! I am a former preschool teacher and Stephanie took personal initiative to tell me of some volunteer opportunities around the city! I am sorry it took so long to provide my feedback, as my appointment was back in January, but I will be back!
Stephanie + sapien skin has completely transformed my skin since I started seeing her in June 2021! When I first visited she helped set me up with a routine and treatment suggestions that have been addressing my skin concerns since. Having suggested products that I know work has been such a relief compared to my own previous trial/error efforts.
Stephanie has treated me with the IPL and helped me figure out food allergies and a skin care routine that has taken my skin to the next level. I didn’t know it was possible to have skin like this and I’m not even all the way there yet!!! Woot. #sapienbabe
I cannot express how much I recommend Stephanie and her incredible staff at Sapien. First of all, when I first met Stephanie, it was for a Microblading correction. She took the time to not only explain what happened with my previous technician but how she planned to fix it. The results were amazing and I received so many compliments on my brows. That was just the beginning of a long relationship with Sapien that I plan to continue. I am in my early 40s, suffering from sun damage (among other things), Stephanie and her staff have recommended products and procedures that have made a huge difference in my skin that have likely taken a decade or more off my appearance. What I appreciate most about the Sapien staff is that they are honest, upfront and educational about anything they recommend or do not recommend. The amount of research and education amongst the staff is remarkable and their effort to educate all their customers and anyone who is willing to listen is equally remarkable. If you are looking for educated, passionate, and honest, tell-you-what-you-really need skin care professionals who drive results, this is the place for you! Also, follow @sapienskin on Instagram for even more knowledge outside your regular appointments with them. The content there is always relevant and invaluable!
Sapien skin is one of my favorite places to go. When ever I go, I feel so cared for.
Stephanie improved my skin completely, I had a treatment facial with her and she put me on a whole skin care routine, and also helped me figure out dietary intolerances when looking at my breakouts, and my skin has never looked better!
I’ve also seen Kristen for a lash lift and tint, and they looked soooo amazing, and I really appreciated how she checked in with me throughout the appointment to make sure I was comfortable and relaxed.
I saw Jess for a brow lamination recently, and when I tell you they turned out amazing, they turned out AMAZING!! I’ve never had sooo many compliments ever, and it was so nice chatting with her.
The ladies that work at Sapien really go above and beyond to help you relax and help you with your own self worth. They are much more than your classic esthetician, they truly make you feel amazing and beautiful, inside and out!!

I love this place so much. It’s clean and all the products are things I trust to be effective. All the women are dedicated to what they do and it so shows. Kristen is who I see and she is super sweet and a highly intelligent skin wizard. My skin is TOTALLY different from when I first came to women. Cannot recommend this place or these girls enough!
