Sapien is incredible. The intelligence, kindness, and commitment the artists put into curating your personal skin care routine provides the best results you’ve ever had for your skin. The aesthetic of the spa is impeccable, the vibes are immaculate, do yourself a favor and check out their bathroom. I love Sapien!
Absolutely adore this place! I had my brows and eyelashes tinted a few months ago for the first time and the staff was amazing. I continue to order my skincare line from their store and cannot wait to make more appointments with them in the future. Thanks for rocking it girls ❤️
Check the cancellation policy. They make no exceptions, whatsoever. The quality of service is 5 stars and I wish I could continue to go there, but I am very disappointed with the response to my situation in trying to reschedule/avoid the full $350 cost due to being stuck on a plane during a security threat (look it up Delta flight 921 from Atlanta to Seattle cancelled due to threat). I felt bullied to remove my previous post by the response from the owner, but decided to not be intimidated and repost my experience.
Stephanie and her team have done an incredible job at creating a gorgeous and clean space that you look forward to going to for every service! Stephanie’s facials are out of this world, totally relaxing, and one of the most effective skincare treatments you will ever receive. I first started seeing her when I was struggling with my skin and constant breakouts. She hand held me through the entire process, getting used to a new regimen, and her hard work and deep understanding of the science behind skincare paid off …. my skin looks better than ever. Absolutely clear and glowing!!

Kristen has been a great addition to the team. I’ve in the past seen Steph for microneedling, but Kristen is providing these services, and she has been trained very well. She shared with me a few things that really empathized with my experience pertaining to how I may feel after getting this treatment done, which is such a great touch to have when a provider is truly invested in not just their client’s skin, but their overall well-being.
It’s not easy getting microneedling! I know when I go there to see them it’ll be easier.
Stephanie and Jess revolutionized my skin. I had seen a few aestheticians before who glossed over my questions with answers that didn’t fit my experience with my skin. I felt down-and-out with my skin journey. I had hormonal acne on my cheeks and chin that affected my self-esteem. What affected it more was seeing aestheticians who weren’t in alignment with what they promise my skin could be.
Come in Jess & Steph. They taught me how to not only take care of my skin in particular, my needs in my lifestyle, but they also told me which foods create inflammation and cause breakouts.
Being in the genuine care and authenticity of this team keeps me coming back. I don’t live in Seattle full-time anymore, but I prioritize my time to see them, and buy their products because I want companies like them to succeed. They don’t sell snake oil. They however do sell Skinceuticals oils! Try them out! 😂
I cant speak more highly of my continued experience with Stephanie and Sapien… Every service I’ve had has been high-touch, professional and deeply rewarding. I also enjoy following Stephanie & their business page because she is a true advocate for women’s health and skin care, but also for other professionals in her industry. I am always blown away by her honest, kind, and deeply knowledgeable insight on all things skin-health.
I’m not sure where to start! Stephanie knows her stuff. She won’t BS you and you never leave feeling swindled. She’s honest, hard-working and very knowledgable. I look forward to seeing her and Jessica for all my skin needs. She carries the best products as well!!
Stephanie is a skin GENIUS! I moved here from a hot and humid climate, and I suddenly had so many breakouts and dryness due to Seattle’s climate. My skin was cracked, inflamed, red and I didn’t know what to do. Stephanie SAVED MY SKIN! She fixed my skin up with a couple of treatment facials, and she customized a new skincare routine for me that both fit my budget and specific skincare needs so I could maintain my results. She was extremely patient, kind, and professional. She took the time to answer all my questions. Now that I’m in a better skin state, I go in for maintenance facials and micro-needling (the fountain of youth I swear). I look younger than when I got here! Stephanie will also hop on a quick call with me whenever I have some questions or want to try a new product. Seriously the best aesthetician I’ve ever had!!
I also started seeing Jess recently. She’s so talented! Jess is down-to-earth, takes the time to explain everything to me in detail, and is always looking out for my face! Truly a professional! I LOVE THIS PLACE!!
I have been going to Stephanie since 2014 when she was at Gene Juarez. She is the ABSOLUTELY BEST!!!! I’ve tried to go to other people for my brows but nobody does it better than Stephanie. She is caring, honest, funny, professional and goes over and beyond to make sure you get what you paid for and you’re happy with the service. She’s definitely perfected her craft and has spend endless years and time to be educated and educate you on the importance of skincare and what type of products to use and how to care for your skin so you’re feeling your best. She will NEVER force to try to sell you any BS to get a sell. Every recommendation I’ve ever gotten from Stephanie I’ve loved and continue to use. It think it’s sad that unhappy people (eh Trevor Lyon and his gf)who are unsatisfied and are miserable with what’s happening in their lives are willing to put someone’s well-being and livelihood on the line. Like I said Stephanie is the absolutely best. She’s not a “influencer, Instagram promoter or whatever other term you want to use”! She will always be honest and isn’t going to sell you or push something on you for $$ because she’s trying to hit a quota or “doing a collab”. As a loyal customer of 6 years I will continue to see Stephanie until the day I die. (Dramatic I know💁🏽♀️) what’s that saying “if it ain’t broke don’t fix it?” Stephanie is that!!!💯
Stephanie and Jess are amazing. Jess did my brows and also helped immensely with my quarantine skin. I consulted with them about skincare and after almost 6 months of just at home care, my skin has completely transformed. They know their stuff. 10/10 highly recommend.
Love this lady! She’s incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to not only fix your skin on the outside but also help you get to the root of the problem- I trust her completely and have sent my own clients, friends and family to her- her entire team rocks!!!
Stephanie and her team are the upmost professionals and magicians when it comes to skincare and holistically approaching treatment by teaching lifestyle changes, providing support, and being honest about products and what you need. Definitely will recommend them over and over to anyone.
I’ve been seeing Stephanie years. She understands that every person and their skin is unique and spends and incredible amount of time making sure that the skin regimen is customized to you. She takes a wholistic approach. In addition, when it comes to things like waxing and lashes, she has an eye for beauty and aesthetics. She really understands the structures of the face and how to enhance them in the most beautiful way. She has also hired and trained people with her same values and standards. I have had treatments done by Jess and she is incredible. Anyone you see at Sapien Aesthetics will be the best, Stephanie sets the bar very high. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my skin.
I cannot recommend Stephanie and Sapien Skin enough. Stephanie puts her heart and soul into her work and it shows with every detail. Not only is she an amazing esthetician, she runs an amazingly ethical business! If you want a wonderful service from a female owned small business that prioritizes it’s employees, go here!
I met Stephanie in January as my skin was stressed. She immediately recommended microneedling and I have to say the results were immediate. Not only that, she recommended a great skin regimen that has helped me maintain that healthy glow since then. She was very gentle, honest and thorough and I can’t thank her enough!
