They provide a very calming, serene and relaxing environment. By far the best spa experience I’ve ever had, massage was the best ,facial was the best, hands down. Staff is extremely kind and welcoming. Amazing products. All around wonderful.

I was spending my birthday alone and decided to treat myself to a massage, luckily I found a Groupon for massage. I got the 80 min massage reservation. The staff was nice and helped me book a reservation.
There is only street parking or a parking garage nearby(they validate it to reduce it to 10$, but forgot the garage name).
The spa is inside the Fairmont hotel, the spa is gorgeous and chic! They greeted me and offered me wine/tea/water while I waited for my therapist.
My massage therapist(Tara) was friendly and talked to me to know what I was looking for. I went for a therapeutic massage this time instead of my usual Swedish massage. While the massage was great, I would stick to my usual Swedish massage next time.
Overall, my experience was great! Would recommend this place.
I have been coming here for my hair removal sessions. My experience with the spa has exceeded my expectations; from the amazing and quick results with my hair removal to the cleanliness and the great customer service from the whole staff. Special thanks to Cassidy for her professionalism and patience during the hair removal sessions!
Great service
I walked into the day spa and loved the atmosphere, had the pleasure of being taken care of by Shannon. She was very hospitable and took great care of the areas of concern I had with my massage(melty and put me to sleep). Always checked up on me to make sure I had the right comfortable level of pressure dure the massage. We will be back when the service is needed again.
Got a massage from Archer and it was fantastic! I bruise super easily so I asked for a light massage and it was so wonderfully relaxing. Totally refreshing experience, and I was pleasantly surprised to see how many BIPoC & LGBT+ employees they have working, really made for a relaxing and stress free experience from the beginning to end.
The place is a Spaah! So quite and professional

I came in for a massage and a facial to treat myself and everything was fine. It wasn’t bad but I expected a lot more given the ratings and cost. There are no locker rooms – you change in the treatment rooms and cram all of your stuff into a paper shopping bag. Drinks are served in paper cups. Neither of my service providers explained to me what they were doing or noticing. I was underwhelmed. If you get a Groupon, perhaps it’s worth it. Otherwise I’d recommend almost any other spa if you’re looking for something nicer.

Came here for a birthday surprise red carpet treatment and massage. Best experience of my life from the moment I arrived until checking out. Very professional all around, beautiful and clean. Mark and Kaiah are amazing both. Thank you for an epic day!
