your specialist have lack of communication skills and EI. How you dare calling me every day? Then, when I try to explain that I will reach out on my own when I need services, they hang up like school teenagers, never allowing me to finish the sentence.

The entire experience from the minute you walk in to the minute you leave is so positive. The staff is kind, welcoming, and extremely informative. This was my 1st time getting botox so I came in nervous and with lots of questions. My nurse injector Maddie was so patient and kind explaining everything to me before we started. The procedure was very quick and actually pretty painless. I didn’t feel rushed at all and am already rescheduled for my next procedure!
Have gotten laser hair removal here and absolutely love it! Great staff, very helpful and always caring. Highly recommend!

The LaserAway experience is top-notch. I have completed a handful of different procedures at the Seattle location. The skilled nurses, professional sales team, and cleanliness makes for an extremely comfortable environment. Looking forward to my next visit and can’t recommend this clinic enough.
I’ve come to multiple med spas in the past, but LaserAway is on a league of its own! It was my first time visiting a LaserAway studio and from the very beginning with setting up my appointments, figuring out packages, and the moment I stepped in- it was a first class experience. Once I entered the studio, there was no way and I was able to be seen right away. My nurse Maddie was absolutely amazing, she made me feel super comfortable, was very knowledgeable about all the questions I asked her, and was continuously checking up on me to see if I needed anything.
If it’s your first time doing any procedure, I would highly suggest trying to book with Maddie! I’ll certainly be going to her again especially with her expertise! 🙂

Ive gone to LaserAway Seattle for Hair removal, botox and recently started laser facials for my acne scarring. Results have been absolutely incredible, the customer service is top notch. I recommend LaserAway to all of my friends and family.
