The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and super knowledgeable. I have done laser hair removal several times before at other places and this by far was the most pleasant experience, from the front desk staff to the nurse. I am incredibly impressed, especially since I was not all expecting such amazing service from a business chain. From booking the package with Sofia, to nurse Macy operating the laser quickly and painlessly (only because I have already had multiple sessions), everyone at this location was phenomenal. I have recommended this place to my friends looking to do hair removal.
Total scam
Front desk folks are a lot easier to communicate treatments with than the sales folks who call you. Everyone at this location is super nice. Laser treatments aren’t completely pain free – some areas definitely hurt more than others – but worth it!

I absolutely love this branch of Laseraway. The staff are so welcoming and kind, always flexible with appointments and deals, and very attentive to your individual concerns. LOVE THEM.
