This place is so awesome unfortunately I had to cancel my appointment but the person I spoke with on the phone was so helpful.
I have been getting laser hair removal treatments with Laura and I cannot stop telling everyone about this place! I’ve completed 2 out of 6 treatments and my results so far… AMAZING! I highly recommend booking with Laura. She’s extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and makes sure you are comfortable the entire time. Front end staff are also extremely welcoming and helpful when scheduling appointments.
after a couple of thousands and five products after they still don’t know what to do with my skin. what a waste. they ruined my skin and they don’t follow up on you. i bought every products they asked me too. never buy their package. you wont be able to refund if something happens .

I’ve been going to Kucumber for a few months now, about halfway through my current set of laser treatments!!
I regularly see Lauren, who is a very good communicator on checking what levels of intensity I can handle and how it looks like I’m doing, as well as more generally talking to me throughout the process to ensure it’s a comfortable experience! I’m planning to recommend Kucumber and Lauren to some friends sometime soon, and I’m sure they’ll have a great time as well.

Laser hair removal is a joke at this place. I’ve had more than 16 session at this place and I still don’t see any difference. They keep selling me more treatments but no results!! I talked to them more than 3 times and they said someone will call you, they never called me back. I don’t recommend this place at all!!
