I get hydrafacials, Botox and laser hair removal. Happy with each service.
Trash. Took my money, didn’t provide the service I paid for.
Edit: Ultimately after contacting my credit card company and disputing the charges as fraudulent. I was contacted directly by their staff and they agreed that since no service was provided they would return my money. Good on them for stepping up and correcting their mistake.
I’m really like that place they have good service really nice kindly, lovely helpful I did hair removal laser treatment it was Perfect after one treatment I saw all the hair fall down I’m surprised in shock and saw the different I recommend a place if you want a good result go with Shikiya she’s awesome She’s the best Helpful have a pension with the client and she always keeps you advised to do the best
I have been a loyal customer of Kucumber Skin Lounge since it opened. I had been going to another skin and body medical spa on the Eastside for 4 years prior to that. Both clinics are excellent but my experience with KSL is superior to all others. First, there is a dedication to clientele that is unparalleled. This superior attention to detail and healthy rejuvenation starts with the owners and trickles down to every staff member. I have received a variety of services: the Laser Spectra-Peel, Photofacial, and several types of more traditional facials, as well as botox injections – all of which were far superior in RESULTS than any other clinic. Moreover, whenever I arrive I am greeted with friendly smiles, gracious treatment, and professional demeanor. It’s not stuffy, pretentious, or over priced – all of which amounts to an amazing experience. This clinic is one of the best Seattle has to offer.

Do not go here! While on a cruise out of Seattle last July, 2018, I went in for a facial. The technician used “extracting” on my face. When she first did it, it hurt so much, I questioned her because it didn’t seem right. I have had prior facials and no one have ever done this. She said she had to do this. I believed she knew what she was doing so I let it continue. When I noticed a while later that there were permanent scars on my face (I’ve never had scars on my face ever) as a result, I contacted the manager. She asked me to send her photos which I did, but more or less blew me off!
