These guys know exactly what they are doing. Friendly, honest and understanding, a difficult balance to get right.
Sherry and Jane are the best. Theres is always champagne in the waiting area. Theres a interactive spin winning opportunities. Overall this place is clean and organized well.
This is a horrible place. Staff is not friendly and talks about politics instead of working. Highly disappointed. Please, avoid this place.

I’ve been to Kucumber many time and been very satisfied. However over the past 3 months they have had multiple issues with their equipment requiring a reschedule or a longer time for the appointment while they worked out a problem. Not so happy with them right now. They need to get the equipment in order!
This place is wonderful!!! I love the owners and the staff is pretty awesome too…..I would recommend this place any day and make sure you talk to Shay such a beautiful soul and don’t let me forget BELLVUE….please be sure you get to meet the incredible Nadia she’s so amazing as well…and then there is BELLINGHAM….so amazing such beautiful people and very talented.

They charged me without consulting me, would not refund me, and told me it wasn’t the right service for me WHILE doing it. I don’t write this out of anger, I write this so others don’t permanently ruin their face by going to this awful place.
When I booked, they did not clarify that they would be charging me the full amount ($300) and they did not mention I could not cancel and/or receive a refund. I felt trapped into it despite many calls.
The service was absolutely terrible as the Esthetician was clueless about the service and thought the chemicals would mix with my spray tan (obviously it would only peel off). It seemed like she was maybe 20 years old and doing it for the first time. After making me wait for 30 minutes as she asked her boss if I could get a refund and go home, she went ahead and just did it instead. She said things like “wow, I can’t believe you’re getting this it’s so intense” WHILE she was doing it (why was I not given a consultation before she started rubbing chemicals on my face?). I got no direction about other peels or if VI peel was the right one for me aside from a one-time convo I had with the receptionist. I’m now quite certain I’ll have hyper-pigmentation for weeks/months and can’t believe I trusted them.
All they wanted was my money and to send me on my way … no one consulted or directed me along the way and now I just have to cross my fingers that there is not permanent damage.
This is a well run business. All of the staff is friendly and helpful. Great prices, great service.
I’ve been going here for a few years now, and the staff are friendly and very qualified. There was a slight mishap once, but they called me to rectify it immediately. They’re great!
One of the best facials that I’ve ever had here in Bellingham. Absolutely amazing neck massage included! I highly recommend this place.
I had a great experience, my skin looks great and even, I had dark spots and scars I did both hydro facial and laser, treatments and I am very happy with the results. I will definitely recommend anyone to Kucumber skin lounge it’s a great place very welcoming and professional staff as well.
I have been a customer of Kucumber for the past two years and thoroughly enjoy my experience with them. They are always very accommodating, helpful and concerned in regards to your treatments. I would recommend them to anyone looking to improve on their health & beauty.
Friendly at first visit, downhill from there. Completed 3 years of services and entire time, received poor customer service including making false promises of service results, bought thousands of dollars pushed by Dimitria with again poor service and false promises. not helping when I brought up concerns during last argument after I scheduled with Dimitria services appointment for my daughter and staff doing the wrong procedure Dimitria stated “I don’t recall conversations” and then complained that I was attacking her.
I still had $1700 worth of treatments that I switched to laser treatments. Per the price Dimitria gave me at that time i had money left. Next time I went of course she said “I don’t remember”, but she assured me that will talk to Rachel to see if she remember something.
Next time I went, that’s correct she didn’t remember anything.. A few weeks later she called me saying that I requested to talk to her.
I asked her for the answers about my money left for services. Dimitria stated “I already told you that you owe us money”
She didn’t even remember that she said “I need to talk to Rachel about it”
I aske a year ago to speak with someone else and she gave me a phone number in Settle and a name. But she Never talked to me, after many promises of returning my call from the staff in Seattle they said that she said “i left her a voicemail” and i never received it. Then the person answering said ” the person you want to talk to is very busy. If you want to make a complaint you have to do it with Dimitria in Bellingham”
This is my last year of services with them. I am just waiting to use all yhe money in treatments Dimitria sold to me with false promises.
Super friendly staff, professional and upbeat. Made me feel welcome and at ease. Thank you for the great treatment, I’ll be coming back!
