The overall my experience is good. Some specialists are awesome (very care about what do I feel and can adjust the procedure for my better comfort), some unfortunately not (yesterday I told 4-5 times to slow down and make breaks when it’s too painful. But they didn’t hear me and tried to finish quickly).
Everyone was pleasant and attentive, interactions were enjoyable, the experience overall was great.

Bad experience! Not the most welcoming people and they treat you as if they are doing you a favor with their services. Had better experience had other ideal image salons but was surprised to see such customer unfriendly attitude from the northgate location.
i would put 0 star if i could. i honestly don’t know how this company is still in business with this horrible customer service. literally everyone who works here is so angry and rude all the time. the front desk lady barely says hi and one other lady asked me to wear a mask in anger. the lady who did my chin laser did not even introduce herself or say her name. after she drew the lines on my chin for laser she gave me a mirror and not saying anything and i was like what i supposed to do?? and she was like that’s the area right? with a very annoyed tone. i’m like is it too hard for you to communicate to your clients that are paying $1000? it felt so strange and i’ve never seen any customer service like that in beauty and skin industries before. never ever going there again and sharing this it feels so strange and i’ve never seen any customer service like that in beauty and skin industries. i will let everyone know and share all over social media so people be aware of this company and how they are treating people.

May is wonderful. She’s kind, informative & makes my treatments tolerable. Considering I’m getting hair removal on sensitive areas. They are the best!!

The process to make an appointment is a HASSLE and it feels like they are trying to scam you in some different ways (maybe not scam but definitely upsell) but my actually experience with laser hair removal in the office has been awesome. Really clean and professional environment.
Grimes was amazing. However, I was misslead when I purchased my 10 coolsculpting. I was told very different things. Grimes did let me know what the truth. I appreciated that. However, I might have thought more about weather to go forward. The process is definitely more painful then I was lead to believe. I am very bruised on one side verses the other. However, Grimes made my experience much more pleasant because of her honesty and her great care. I really appreciate how she treated me.
I went back with a doctor’s note and was told that it needed to have a time frame—6 months, lifetime, etc. at this point I was done. Beyond frustrated with their unprofessional and careless employees. I was able to cancel my contract and get a refund. I’ll never go there again.
Please do your self a favor and never ever come to this place. When they sold me this treatment I paid what they told me, only to be charged for more than 500 dlls on my first appointment because they had made a mistake. I’ve only had 2 appointments and they cancel and reschedule every time and they’re not even nice or gracious about it. The kids who work here during the weekend have no idea what they’re doing and they are super mean to the customers. They clearly don’t care about us or their jobs. It has been a terrible experience.
They could not schedule me at first and rescheduled a couple times. When I was finally able to go in, they turned me away because they did not have space for me and could not find a space for me any time soon..
I liked how she told information as we did the whole process. And she was also gentle and considerate. As this was my first time.
Had an amazing first time experience at Ideal Image Northgate! Everyone here was so helpful and nice! Jenny was my laser nurse and she was absolutely amazzzzingg! She explained the process every step of the way and was very gentle while doing the procedure, which helped ease my anxiety a lot! Sonnie at the front desk was also so friendly and helpful! She was able to help me with the relocation process, since I’ll be moving to another state. I truly recommend coming to this location, and I’ll definitely will come back here if I ever do return to Seattle! Thank you guys!
It wasn’t as welcoming experience for somebody who’s first time. The person who was assigned to do my first treatment was not even reassuring at all. Not sure if that’s only because of the people that was working at that time.
Honestly a waste of money. You have to pay up front for services, but once you do, all customer service stops and it’s very difficult to get appointments to actually get the services. The prices are also way higher than comparable local places.
I burn it was too much high pressure and hot and my bikini is burn and i took a picture thas so bad I can’t believe It and I’ll go to doctor for sure hope i get better because now that’s made me so angry and is looks terrible i will complain definitely I pay 2400$ and they damaged my body hope the signs not stay on my skin is burned i feel so bad and terrible 😢 we trust them and they burn my skin
