  • The providers were great. However, the providers told me each time that my tattoos would cause a thermal event. (This is something that was never mentioned when selling me 6 sessions). After the first round I scheduled a second one (a month later). I went to my second session on a Saturday and had another event. I decided it wasn’t an option for me and was told someone contact me to discuss the issue (no more than 5 business days) well 5 days now so I called to find out what is going on. Chris told me they are still processing it and maybe next Wednesday my case would be assigned to a case manager. Ummm excuse me that’s money I’ve already paid for something I’ve not received. I wasn’t going to write anything bad because I know this is a physiologic issue with me. But at least a call saying ‘hey we got you case we doing x y x and this is what to expect.’ But nothing not even an email stating the process

  • The process was smooth. Thanks.

  • I always feel very welcomed coming to Ideal Image, all the staff I’ve met is lovely but I especially love Grimes, she is so funny, sweet, and easy going. She answers any questions with such confidence and she always makes me feel comfortable being there. I very highly recommend making your appointments with her!

  • Cool sculpting did nothing..waste of money..should’ve used the money for liposuc

  • Terrible awful company! This person and that person, no one can fix anything when someone screws up your contract. Zero accountability too. So when you call they pass you to someone else who isn’t available and they say they’ll call you back but never do. Trust me, this company is scummy and I guarantee that the good reviews are fake.

  • With a lot of patience the representative was able to explain the promotions and set me up with financing options.

  • Messed up on second appointment, but fixed it on the third

  • I’ve been coming here for a couple years and scheduling is never easy. Here’s my advice.
-Don’t buy the VIP membership (you won’t get in often enough to make it worth it).
-Don’t buy the laser hair package expecting the same technician (I had around 7).

*I know services might be more expensive elsewhere but you get what you pay for and you have more control when you pay treatment by treatment so they can’t gouge you all at once.*

^Other businesses don’t have you locked into contracts for beauty services like this one. Having all these people locked in and overbooking how many they sign up, squeezes their schedule so tight that you become just another number.

They’re usually booked months out and very short staffed due to not being able to retain employees. Today’s appointment was booked 3 months in advance. When I checked my confirmation text, my appointment had been cancelled…?

I immediately tried to call Northgate and their answering machine said to “call back during business hours” BUT it was business hours. I then proceeded to call every location in the area and got the same issue. So then I went to the website and called every number there. Same deal. Tried to use the chat bot… gave me the same message. Commented on Twitter. No one called me back. Finally… after 40 minutes of dialing, I was able to get someone to pick up.

They confirmed they did cancel my appointment and gave it to someone else since I didn’t click a link before my appointment. Their next availability is an entire month away and they needed me to either sign a contract or put a card on file in order to book again.

If this place can’t even pick up the phone, why would I leave my credit card in their hands? Why do I have to fill out a contract and prepay so they can cancel me at their discretion and charge me? I don’t think so.

See I know they can’t keep employees… but why do they not want their customers either? If customers don’t confirm via your auto text, maybe call them?? Maybe have a voicemail system rather than an answering machine that just makes it seem like your business has been shut down. The issues they are experiencing are corporate decisions while the people themselves are all really pleasant but burn out due to corporate making customers angry. I’ve probably given too many ideas on how they can improve and I’m not being paid to so I’ll stop. Hopefully the ones that make decisions can start to think as hard as their customers do about why this business is failing.

  • They are so nice, professional, and efficient.

  • dee was amazing. she was kind, accommodating, and patient.

  • Great experience. Very friendly and professional staff. I had the ipl facial and everything was perfectly explained. Will definitely be going back

  • I had eight cycles of cool sculpting done I was very satisfied with my appointment Nora was great.

  • I don’t think I’ve every been so disappointed in a service from a company. I finally pushed myself to do something nice for myself since I nonstop take care of others around me. I spent several thousands of dollars for cool sculpting and the customer service rep that sold them to me flew through the process pushing me to do it and then didn’t ask but told me she was adding a product to my bill for something related to my service (which again, she didn’t explain) and it cost over $100. Since it took over 2 months for them to get me in for my first session due to being overbooked, I forgot about it until one of my last session with my RN. When I asked her about it, she had no idea what it even was and checked with her other coworkers who also hadn’t been given any information. Corporate doesn’t communicate or train employees on something they are overcharging customers on that is supposed to benefit after their session. After 16 cycles of cool sculpting and 6 months later, I’ve seen no progress whatsoever. The only reason why this gets one star is because of my amazing RN that I worked with during my sessions. She was so attentive, compassionate, and knowledgeable about the service. The only reason I went back was because of her. Don’t waste your money on something that doesn’t work by a company that only cares about the money they make.

    *UPDATE*
I received an email weeks ago saying that someone would get back to me regarding the situation and of course I haven’t heard anything back. Unrelated, I was contacted by a girl who had a job offer from the company, but was on the fence after reading several upsetting reviews and she wanted to hear my experience
but after going through all of the reviews, she declined their offer.
I was in customer service for over a decade. I just don’t understand how a company can ignore so many unhappy customers.

  • Kim is my FAVORITE! She is the sweetest and kindest person I’ve met at mill creek ideal image! I get major anxiety getting my laser hair removal and her sweetness to me calmed me down a bit & I felt so much better knowing I had such a kind & understanding person taking care of the job with me. She went above and beyond before, during, and after and THATS what I love! So happy I got my appointment with her and I wish I could get her with all my appointments. She is great at her job and seems like she really loves being there, which is also what people love to see when they go somewhere.

  • I signed up for their membership program only to find out they couldn’t schedule me for the procedures for months! I have been trying to get a refund of my money since March…terrible customer service. I don’t recommend these folks.
