I had a wonderful experience signing up. Leslie put together so many package combinations of services to match my multitude of questions! Given this level of care and the medical staff that handle all procedures, I’m looking forward to getting started!
DO NOT GET LASER HERE, it’s extremely painful and the numbing cream that they force onto you barely makes a difference lol. I wasted over 2k here. They just want your money. The sales people are aggressive, the customer service is absolute trash, the front desk staff at actual locations can’t do anything. My case manager Craig was somehow “busy” every time I tried to call to discuss my case and it’s been since JUNE 2021. There are apparently “notes” in my chart that don’t reflect anything that I’ve discussed with all the different people I’ve spoken to. Either nobody knows what’s going on or the “notes” say my case is closed when nobody has even returned my voicemails. Literally all of the people I get into contact with ghosts me.
Ideal Image is as stingy as can be. I wanted to cancel my laser treatment because it’s too painful, but they’re gonna keep all the money I spent on the package. So the rest of that money was turned into “credit” for another service. THAT ITSELF WAS AN ISSUE. Someone tells me I have over 6k in credit, another tells me I only have 1k in credit and it all had to be sorted out. I was booked for coolscupting and had to pay the difference, then at my appointment the nurse tells me I’m NOT a candidate! The reception tells me they make a case for a refund of just around $100, and now my new case manager Danielle couldn’t even do that! Danielle weirdly kept pushing me to do botox instead and hasn’t returned my calls (of course). Come here if you want to waste your money on treatments that don’t work with terrible customer service.

I really have had good treatment at Northgate Ideal Image, Sukhi the nurse at that center is really amazing, she gives us the time , good service and is constantly boosting up our energy that we are doing good.
Grace was an absolute sweetheart. Felt so comfortable and welcomed going in.
Sales tactics are extremely aggressive and sales rep was rude when I said I needed more time to consider options. They must have intense sales quotas.
Throughout the pandemic there have been some schedule challenges but the nurses here are incredible and so helpful with the laser hair removal
May my nurse injector was professional, very friendly, and knowledgeable. I will definitely come back to ideal image northgate and see May for more treatments.

Grace was excellent! She has a very pleasant, friendly demeanor and made me feel very comfortable throughout my procedure. All while maintaining her professionalism. I was very nervous that I might want to quit before she was done but she kept telling me she would get me through it and she did!
Katy was amazing. She was very patient and kind.
