Initial sales person wasn’t knowledgeable about the services she was selling causing me to have several quotes messed up but I had already started treatments. Now all my treatments are not on the same schedule. I had a video consult which was pointless. but instead of them trying to make it better they didn’t offer me anything but one treatment of under arm laser treatment. This caused such and inconvenience for me I would not recommend any one for the simple fact that it wasn’t a big deal to ideal image!!
I see Grimes and always enjoy my time with her. She does a great job and is very thorough, which is greatly appreciated!
Extremely poor customer service.. they canceled the service pretty last minute without informing me. When reached out, the person said, he cannot take accountability for me not getting emails or messages even after proving that I don’t have any emails and messages from them.. they don’t bother to get it rescheduled or providing a refund .. very rude and unprofessional
The staff was fantastic, especially Grace. Due to certain circumstances, I was not able to have my scheduled treatment, however Grace and Tressa worked with me to find an alternative date to come back before my contract expired.
Additionally, since I was already on site, Grace suggested an alternate treatment so that my travel time wasn’t wasted.
i arrived for my appointment 10 minutes early. I wasn’t seen until 20+ min after my start time. My nurse was unable to finish my treatment and asked me to come in at a later date to finish (she did the front of mey legs, but couldn’t finish the back) because she had another appointment after me (which she needed to start on time, despite my appointment starting late). This required me to come back ANOTHER time to finish my treatment, this location is overbooked. I find staff to be often stressed, unknowledgeable and borderline irritable.
All the nurses are extremely polite and knowledgeable.
Staff is nice, but the location itself seems is a bit disorganized. Have been scheduled twice for cool-sculpting, and then had my appointments cancelled pretty last minute. One of them I wasn’t notified it was cancelled until I walked in the door. Not sure who this falls on, but it’s pretty unprofessional in my opinion. Sadly the time I was able to get in the device migrated to a position where it made it very hard to breathe. Despite the practitioner’s attempts to gently move it, it became detached and then we could no longer continue that day. Wish I could’ve been able to make it work as I know mistakes happen, but won’t be returning. Now just hoping that customer service actually refunds me.
As a side note: I shouldn’t be made to feel guilty for not being able to take off work last minute during the week because they cancel a weekend session. I understand that’s maybe not the intent, but it felt that way.

I am writing with a complaint about my contract. I understand that my contract Is for 16 months, but it was also pitched as a hair removal. I have not been able to schedule the amount of appointments necessary or promised to remove my hair because of availablity at my clinic. Appointments are not available less than three months apart, and several of them have been canceled or scheduled improperly by the staff. At one time I was not seen for 5 months because they forgot to schedule my appointment, and when I went in when they appointment was supposed to be, they could not schedule me in for another two months.

Friendly and professional location. Easy parking. And May was awesome and provided very friendly, individualized treatment with a smile. I usually go to SouthCenter, but I just booked another treatment at this location!
It is my first session today, the nurse who did to me was very helpful she made sure that i am comfortable they are very nice, the facility is very clean and also their on time! On my next session i will choose nothgate Ideal Image again!
