Costumer service and employees are just the best!!!
I’ve been visiting here for six months now. And all the staffs are super nice and kind. The treatment I’m getting is also working well. Definitely recommend this place!
I have had multiple treatments and every time the staff are so kind and give great care. Stacie did my treatment today, and she listened to what I wanted and helped figure out the right plan. The only downside is it can be hard to get in since it’s so popular!

My technician was very professional and at the same time very personable and caring.
Jen C. and the rest of the staff were so wonderful! They made sure I was very comfortable and talked to me prior to and throughout the whole (hair removal) procedure; it was my first session ever. I feel like I was in such good care. Looking forward to my next session already. 🙂
So far Dr. Sukhi has been wonderful and catered to all of my needs, and all members of the team have worked to make me feel comfortable and worked with my autistic tendencies to make the whole process easier.
I have had an absolutely wonderful experience so far at Ideal Image Northgate! The staff and technicians have all been so warm, helpful, and kind. It’s my first time doing laser hair removal and they’ve made it a great experience!
I am beyond dissapointed with the service I have received at Ideal Image. The communication chain is basically non-existent. Any time I have spoken to someone, the information we discuss is never relayed or reflected in my chart. For example, I wanted pictures of my hair growth documented and sent to customer service because I was unhappy with the results. This took multiple times to achieve, and to this day I have not gotten a call back from customer service. I don’t know where the “notes” go when a worker documents various customer issues, but I have never received any type of follow-up or call back, despite reaching out many times. This has been an ongoing problem, and I would not recommend this location or company to anyone.
It is a pain to get an appointment. And once you get it, they call you to reschedule once and again and again. My “membership” expired due this, and I had to call customer service to extend it. Today I went to my appointment, just to realize the person attending me is not here and they cannot provide the service.
Paid FULLY for a treatment in February 2020. 12 sessions in the contract! I did 1 session by that time then Quarantine hits. They got back to work by the end of 2020 and never gave me a call!! The first session was in vain!! The sessions are done every 2 to 3 months bc they NEVER have availability for sooner than that. I did another 5 sessions up to now (November 2021) STILL HAVE 6 sessions to go according to the contract but they called me and told me that my contract expired and I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE NEXT SESSIONS!!! As if I was guilty of quarantine!
