Aleiah was wonderful. The service I received was exceptional not only with Aleiah but with Sonnie the manager, the lead, and the provider. Highly recommend ideal image!
Mandy was absolutely phenomenal. I really wanted to cry and offer a hug, I was so happy with the bedside manner. Such comforting communication, empathy and demeanor as she provided this laser treatment.
It’s my second session today and quite painful because of my thick, coarse hair. But Mandy made it as tolerable and comfortable as humanly possible and I am sincerely grateful.
Everyone is super nice and it’s always a quick experience.
Jen C was an amazing person who had great bedside manner made me not feel uncomfortable or awkward while doing awkward things. Very professional, communicated nicely and went above and beyond in their work. Best experience I’ve had so far with laser hair removal.
Grace was my nurse practitioner, she is super professional , very fast , kind and friendly . She really does an awesome job with laser hair removal . Love it !!!
Katy did a BEAUTIFUL job on my lips. There were some areas that bugged me and I walked out VERY pleased and happy with how she was able to help the areas I had concerns about. She did a wonderful job. The Northgate office was decorated for Halloween and it was so cute! The front desk girls are so kind and helpful as well, really great atmosphere and customer service even with it being busy!
May was very thorough and made sure to get the hidden hairs. Conversation was just enough for comfort and timing was perfect.

Katie made my first time with laser hair removal super smooth! She was very informative throughout the whole process and offered me breaks whenever I needed them. An hour treating three areas went by quick because of how friendly she was in small talk with me. Definitely recommended for anyone on the fence about going!
August was amazing and definitely helped me through the lasering!
I really love Jenny, she’s amazing, and always makes me feel super beautiful even when I don’t have any makeup on and numbing cream on my face. I love her work, and she’s an absolute angel.
I was contracted for underarms and lower leg, which for my experience initially and towards the end with my contract renewal, was a frustrating experience with backend administrative managing, professional communication, awareness and trainings, and coordination. It was pretty obvious. If they are able to correct that process/flow that would be great, and a game changer for me.
HOWEVER, my session experiences were great! All the nurses or NPs (ARNP/APRN) I had were wonderful human beings individually and were always very professional. Specifically, I enjoyed my experience bonding with Jillian and Emjay(?) who provided me with great care and quality service coaching and putting me at ease with each and every appointment. It was like meeting up with old girlfriends with their bubbly, pleasant, upbeat personalities, communication skills, and candor, looking out for my best interests as to what to expect for treatments and post treatments and to just touch base regarding life outside of visits as well (especially with grad school). I became super bummed towards the end of completing all my sessions as I had relationally bonded with these ladies and always looked forward to my visits/appointments with them.
Jennifer was my nurse practioner for my laser treatment. She was knowledgeable and so kind. Laser treatment obviously is painful, but she gave me some great suggestions to help with the pain for my next session. Thank you Jennifer for a wonderful experience.
I arrived early. The front desk guy was very nice, they got me in earlier than my appointment, the gal that did my laser treatment was extremely kind and thorough. They were so much better than the staff at the mill creek, WA location that I canceled my future appointments w them and switched to the Seattle location even though it’s a further drive for me. Better service always wins in my book.
