Not recommend this company at all !! Last year I purchased the package for hair laser removal after being follow up with sellers rep for few days , right after my purchase I cancelled the purchase which is was about to $3500 and they didnt return my money at all !!

I’m halfway through my laser treatments here and so far I’m OBSESSED with the results. I can’t even believe how nice it is to not have to shave my underarms or bikini area hardly at all.
Definitely recommend getting laser here — also if you go to the Northgate location, see Jenny, she’s amazing.

All the Nurses and kind and very thorough! I have enjoyed coming in. I’m greeted by name when I walk in and that makes ya feel good! I differentially requiem s coming here for Hair removal! I fell taken care of because they are medically trained and not just someone trained to pull hairs. Lol
Really great service. Everyone is nice, professional, knowledgeable. I feel comfortable going there for procedures, asking questions, asking for more information. They are great at providing information and talking about the pros and cons of each procedure and what would better suit my needs, even if the procedure that is better for me is less expensive.
I often find myself thinking how ideal image really scammed me and there is nothing I can do about it. If you want laser hair removal look into a different company. I paid $2500 for face and neck hair removal. I was told that included lifetime warranty because no matter what the hair will come back as you age but not as bad. I signed up In 2020 or 2021 and recently completed by last session and I will never look back. Lifetime warranty turned into $250 EVERY YEAR to keep the warranty on top of every extra session you want is $190 CO PAY. ONE HUNDRED AND NINETY DOLLARS for a copay PER VISIT. When I first signed up I was told it was a one time fee of $250 for a lifetime warranty and $25-30 for your copay. Lol I assume that was just so the person could make a sale. Ideal image was truly a waste of time and money. I am happy I have less face and neck hair but the money spent with all the bad customer service specifically from the Tukwila branch was literally a heartache. Your best bet is to do a small company or pay for sessions as needed.
Solmaz was great! She was very kind, fast, and attentive to my concerns. She turned my laser session into a great experience.
I will not be recommending ideal image because I was told misinformation. The simplification of services to general areas seems unfair to me. For laser hair removal, if i only have hair growth in 20% of the treatment area why do i need to pay the same cost as someone who has a significantly greater area to treat. Laser hair removal is costly so I don’t understand why the treatment areas have to be so large for everyone. During the consultation someone should discuss what is needed and treat the areas necessary not just a full area. for example, if I just want below my naval i shouldn’t have to pay the same price as someone who needs removal up to their breasts. I was told a year ago this was the case but the company has changed it. Very messed up

I wish I could give 0 star for this. This place is a complete scam and I usually don’t give reviews but I just want to let you know that it is completely rip off. It sound very promising before signing the contract that you will be treated with the same technician throughout your services. This never happened and they ask you to come after 6 weeks and never have any appointments available even if you try to do it sooner. Every technician that treated on me marked different markings on my face and did their own way. I even got burn on my face because of this. It says that 90% is effective and at the end if you don’t get the desired result and ask them to do something about it. They say we will contact you but never do. I would say I have more hair on my face than before. So what was the point of me burning my face and wasting my money. It’s useless and no one care to contact you after your contract ends. I would say if you want to enroll do it at your own risk. Terrible experience!!
