DO NOT USE! Total scam! They do subscriptions and then cancel them. I had 6 more treatments left and they were just canceled. I was informed it was a bug in Vancouver area, so some other subscribers were canceled as well. I used the office in Richmond, Canada but it is the same organization IDEAL IMAGE. If they did this to us in MetroVancouver, they can do it to you.

She is very professional, does all her best to satisfy the client (she helped a ton with my scheduling problems for touch ups).
I only schedule my time with her. She does a great job on changing the laser power to receive the best treatment and provides all the information you need for your future treatments.
Marilyn was AMAZING. She made me feel very calm and comfortable despite being nervous to do Botox for the first time. She came across as very professional and experienced, I was also very happy with my result. Definitely coming back to see her again!
JennyLee is an incredible practitioner and I appreciate her kindness and thoroughness during my laser hair removals. I will always try to schedule with her!
If you are considering treatment I highly recommend working with JenniLee at the Seattle Northgate location. Not only is JenniLee well educated on the services but she listens to your needs/wants, and you feel seen. The results I received from my BBL Photofacial/Laser Hair removal were pretty instant with some of the results still developing months later. It just keeps getting better. Don’t second guess it, see JenniLee!
Services aside, which met my expectations as a customer, I cannot recommend anyone go to Ideal Image for the following reasons:
1. Shoppers beware, sketchy sales tactics push clients into an expensive and legally binding contract before they might’ve had time to do competitor research.
2. I’ve had 3 appointments cancelled because the company made layoffs and did not have the staffing to support appointments that I had made months in advance. I was then forced to reschedule to a later date. For this reason, I did not get the maximum amount of treatments that my contract should’ve allowed for.
3. Ideal Image auto renewed my discount membership ($299.00) without notifying me beforehand. They were able to refund part of it, but still kept a $20 “processing fee”, which they insisted could not be waved.
Overall, this is a company that operates against customer interests to penny pinch from people who are already overpaying for their services. It is especially poor form that they laid off NP staff this year, who’s kindness and professionalism were the only redeeming quality of this company.
Absolutely horrible; I already had two scars on my face from the previous sessions. The last session might add eight new serious scars. I checked with my lawyer before my doctor.
Ideal Image 💯 FRAUD all they need to sell their products with so much lie once they enroll you than they don’t care about you. Highly disappointed with ideal image they forced me to have promotions if I change my mind I can cancel anytime when I wanted to cancel they refused. The only reason i go i like my provider but other people and the whole company is FRAUD 💯 FRAUD

Jenny Lee is awesome! Can’t say enough good things about her and her quality of work. She is fast, efficient, professional, and always makes me feel comfortable. She also has such a great personality and sense of humor, too.
She’s been my favorite at this location but honestly the whole staff are so nice and welcoming.
first of all, you should no longer let’s sales agents tell you how many applicators one needs without physically touching, seeing, and knowing what the customer can do. the sales agent told me that i would need the 16 to tackle all the fat that i want to lose. i am 112 lbs and 5’3 and a recent mother of two. after seeing an NP, she basically said that i can only do 2 cycles because i don’t have enough fat to work with. long story short— it’s been a huge hassle and a giant waste of my time and money trying to make it work. no one can do anything with your account or make adjustments without having to call some other office. everything is done in a giant roundabout way and that’s something that has to get straightened out. you guys need to really figure out a better way to operate and have clients enjoy coming to ideal image instead of wondering what is going to go wrong again, and then be told they can’t do anything about it! i would not recommend ideal image to anyone and the only reason i gave a “2” is for the nice people that work there. they truly are wonderful. please stop having them apologize on ideal image’s behalf!

I love the service at this location. The staff is always so friendly and helpful.
Make sure you are constantly scheduling or you will get ripped off. They tell you to use the app but you can’t book any appointments past the next one you have so it’s bs.
I’ve always had a very bad experience with idealimage Northgate. I set up a 50 min session for my laser hair removal. I reached 10 mins earlier for my session even though it is not my 1st. After I reached, they made me wait for 30 mins and was telling me that they can’t complete my session due to the wrong information they had about my skin type. I asked politely that was not fair since there is no wrong from my side and requested to have my 50 mins session. THEY ARE RUDE TO CUSTOMERS.

Yeg is super painful and won’t recommend it , they re not going to disclose the pain levels until you are trapped into the contract so act smart and try laser away which is not painful and best results too
Not worth it trying yeg, there are lasers now a days that don’t hurt at all such as laser away
Friendly, consistent service for laser hair removal over a year at Ideal Image Northgate. Was always in/out in under 30 minutes and never had a problem. Thanks team!
