A note to the owner. Your employees will drain you to nothing with their customer service behaviors. The way they treat the clients who pay them $10k plus in the treatments is like we paying them $1
I honestly would never suggest anybody to book ideal image for their services and especially northgate location.

My NP was wonderful and caring throughout my first cool sculpting treatment, she made me feel very comfortable (unsure about her name spelling, I believe it was Solmaz?).
The reason for the three star review is because I was upsold the “lifetime guarantee membership” at the time I purchased my laser hair removal treatments (that worked wonderfully) but this membership was a full scam. It was $250 and the sales lady wouldn’t let me opt out of it. She said I can apply this $250 to any other treatments I wanted in any future years, but when I tried to apply this $250 to my recent cool sculpting procedure, the sales man said that $250 had a one year expiration. This one year expiration was never communicated to me, the initial sales lady said it had no expiration. Extremely misleading and unfair experience of being forced to pay the lifetime guarantee membership while obtaining zero benefit from it.
It went absolutely amazing! It was my first visit with Ideal Image, and I just want to say the staff was so helpful, understanding, and caring. Miss Solmas was who did my treatment, and she made me feel so comfortable and safe.
NP was knowledgeable and professional! Front desk staff is friendly and welcoming! Appointments are held on time and quick.

Jenny Lee ,Grimes and the sweet receptionists in the front are all so kind and helpful!!! Jenny Lee goes ABOVE AND BEYOND I ALWAYS request to see her for my sessions. She’s AWESOME!
To anyone complaining about the services taking too long or appointments being backed up need to grow up and schedule your own appointments months in advance! They have hundreds of patients you need to be responsible for your treatments, they can’t baby everyone.
If you are responsible and proactive your sessions are smooth and quick.

It was very easy! My consultant Tammie was incredible, fun, an so kind, she managed to get me more than I expected for well within my budget. I absolutely couldn’t be happier!
Most of my experiences with Ideal Image have been AMAZING. I feel so bad not being able to say specific names, but the woman who did my botox was GREAT. The woman who did my CoolSculpting was ALSO AMAZING. And the woman (Maeve maybe) who did my filler yesterday was the most amazing one yet. She was so reassuring the whole time and made me feel relaxed, even when I started to get light headed and she handled it like a champ. The main associate I have dealt with at the front desk is Leslie and she’s SO SWEET, I love the chances I get to chat with her. The only annoyance is obviously the struggle to get in for services, they are booked many months out, and when I did finally schedule my next CoolSculpting session on a day that worked for me, I get notified the next day they cancelled it and rescheduled me for even another month further without even asking or notifying me that they were doing this. But overall, great experience and I have been happy with my results.
Very kind personnel. Very welcoming. Made me feel at home, comfortable , protected. Did the best to help my problems get solved, treated. Is my second treatment and I see great results already.

I LOVE this team – from the minute you walk through the front door the ladies at the desk are always smiling and so kind. The consultants are always walking around sparking up conversation with customers and really make you feel comfortable by getting to know you. The nurses are phenomenal! I have had my treatments with just about all of them and have never had a bad experience. They really find a way to make you not feel uncomfortable about a situation that could be really embarrassing. I highly recommend Ideal Image at Northgate and am always sure to tell my friends and family too
Very very very very disappointed in the Cool Sculpting! Absolutely no results seen 6 months later. Pure waste of money. I feel very deceived. There should be a class action lawsuit for pure false advertisement or money given back! Gets one star because laser hair removal is awesome and Ms. Grimes is great! Do not waste your money on Cool Sculpting, esp for the price. I feel scammed!
Jenny performed my laser hair removal at my last appointment (Sept 2022). She was one of the most thorough technicians that I have encountered at Ideal Image to date. I’d say that the majority have been professional, efficient and personable, but Jenny went a step beyond. I was very impressed and will ask for her again and again. I am on my second round of treatments different areas) and have been with Ideal Image for a couple of years.
I would particular want to recommend one of the ladies there called Crimes. She was very professional and patient and made my experience an amazing one!
Staff are very helpful! I always receive great service when I come into Northgate. I’ve been a customer for 10+ years now and purchased nearly all services I feel like. Today was hair removal and the nurse squeezed me in for a botox touch up! So sweet of her, I really appreciate it because I live 45 minutes away.
Jenny Was my nurse, she is Amazing and super professional and friendly. Please give her a raise! I will keep coming back to that location for her only lol thank you Jenny!

There are 2 tickets created n no one is still calling back or answering my questions!! its become a ritual to followup with them now!! Super frustrating!! Not sure what another email is going to do.. but sure I will try that too!!.

These are most unreliable,
People I have ever encountered. First of all they burned my
Hands using wrong setting of laser, n then when I called to cancel my service the manager was extremely rude n made it look it was my mistake !! No decency to apologize or even talk with empathy!! They have 6k now which they are not even refunding not responding to my call tickets to service or answer my questions !! Feel so stuck!! Definitely do not recommend putting ur money here for any service.. cannot trust them once u pay them!!
