You have to pay the money before any appointment and PLEASE READ THAT CONTRACT, they won’t return your money even if they are the ones who cancel the appointment. They are RUDE.
I purchased the laser hair removal over a year ago and only got one appointment because each time they call to cancel or make some excuses when you get there to cancel the appointment.
Overall positive experience with my first laser hair removal appointment. They were running a little late but then ended up getting two lasers & two people in the room to laser both legs at the same time so I was in and out pretty quick. I thought the staff were friendly and very up front about the plan, and what to do/what to expect after treatment. I thought they were very open to questions.
My technician is amazing! She makes going in and getting laser super easy and fun.
More intense than I expected but the esthetician was fantastic and very helpful through the process, everyone made me feel very welcome.
If I wouldn’t have paid my full treatment I’d stop going ASAP. Everytime I try to schedule they’re booked even for a 3 months gap. How am I supposed to keep with a treatment that should be every 8 weeks???? On top of that they’ve been treating ALL my face for 5 sessions and at my 5th they say I don’t have the forehead included and they won’t be able to keep doing it since what they’re nurses have been doing is ILLEGAL. So I’m losing an ongoing treatment because 4 different nurses did my forehead and “it’s not” in my contract when in my contract says full face and nobody told me it didn’t include forehead. And supposedly for any reason none of the nurses have written on the notes that they’ve been treating my forehead. Just insane. No one helps you. It’s never their fault. Everytime I go it’s a different story.

The person I saw yesterday was great, experienced, knowledgeable, and helpful, but the experience before that was very bad. I considered not coming back, but since I paid in-full I figured I’d rather keep going or potentially ask for my money back. The person who did my laser hair removal treatment the previous appointment was in a rush and said she “overbooked herself” because she had a wedding to go to and needed some time off for it. She was going super fast and then mentioned her surprise at my pain tolerance and said she was going to bump up the laser temp so I would see better results. Later, I notice that she had missed two very large spots, and severely burnt a delicate area. I’m talking CHARRED. Black, bleeding, open wounds for over a week and a half following the treatment. At my most recent appointment, I spoke to my provider about this experience and she said she would look into it. All I know so far is that the provider at the previous appointment did not document the increase in laser temp. And that’s as far as I’ve gotten.

My lip injector was amazing made me feel so comfortable. Staff was great 🙂 very pleased with everything.She does amazing work
Suhki (forgive me if that’s spelled wrong) was amazing, she talked me through each step of my hair removal treatment as she was working and gave me some tips for self care afterwards. It is a painful experience, there is no getting around that, but she made it as smooth as possible. I’m excited to see the results!
