I first started coming to Glow for Botox and have been thrilled with the results. If you are curious but not totally sure, this is the place. They listen and are very focused on your goals and not going over board. I was so happy with my Botox I started getting facials and this is now a must do. I am thrilled with the improvement in my skin texture and redness. This routine has fit well into my budget but also worth every penny as my skin is super happy but I am not breaking the bank!
I have been going to Glow for my skincare for several years now and I absolutely love their level of expertise and service offerings. Dr Dee, MD is incredibly sharp and knowledgeable, and has hired/maintained the best team at Glow West Seattle! Heather(ARNP)does my skincare treatments and is absolutely wonderful–professional, cares about what’s best for your skin and is honestly a joy to be around! Whitney(front)is who I see mostly now on Saturdays, is also a great asset to the Glow Team! She’s so patient, kind and helpful even with my whacky business and ferry travel schedules. Joanna is there during the week still(I believe)and has always been super accommodating as well. If you want to feel better and even receive compliments on your beautiful skin, I highly recommend treating yourself to the Glow Experience!
I have been coming to Glow for the last 5 years and have nothing but amazing things to share about my experiences. Heather has been doing my Botox and lip filler and is always making sure her work is top tier. And on top of that she is one of the nicest people to work with. She always listen to my needs and comes up with a plan to address them that fits my expectations.
And to top it off, the reception staff are so welcoming and always remember my name, even when it’s been months. Highly recommend you give Glow a try!

I was nervous about my consultation for Botox/Dysport but Shanti’s professionalism and expertise eased all my worries. I was new to this process and she listened to my concerns, evaluated my needs, and created a plan for me that targeted my trouble areas with minimal injections. I’ve now gone to her twice and will be continuing because of knowledge and costumer service. I highly recommend Glow Medispa West Seattle, specifically Shanti for anyone that is new or interested in cosmetic injections.
Started going to Glow a few months ago when a friend told me they commuted from Ballard to West Seattle, just to get Botox from Shanti. I had to check it out for myself, and I have to agree – Shanti is amazing! When I went in as a first timer for Botox, Shanti was informative, answered all of my questions and provided a great customer experience. The results after just one week were fabulous. I went back for my second appointment today, and plan to continue going back to Shanti in the future! Wow! Thank you, Shanti!!
I have been a patient at Glow Medispa for over 4 years and I will not go anywhere else! Even after moving an hour out of the city I still travel to see Heather and Dr. Dee. Heather is very knowledgable, has excellent technique for both filler and botox and always addresses all of my concerns. The staff at Glow are all very friendly and welcoming and I always look forward to my next appointment.
I started going to Glow Medi Spa about a year ago for some botox injections. Heather treated me. We sat and talked about what I was interested in and she really listened! She had some great suggestions and I trusted her completely! I was extremely pleased with the outcome so I continued coming back. I see Shanti Boyce now and she is AMAZING! A true artist with her work. My boyfriend was nervous about the filler I was getting but afterwards he was so surprised at how natural it looked! I took the plunge and decided to get Botox. Shanti is wonderful and knowledgeable. She took time to explain everything and go over the process. She was very transparent. She even recommended a wonderful lotion for my eczema! I am definitely going to continue to see her.
I really appreciate the skill and knowledge that the practitioners have at Glow Medi-spa. In particular, I would like to thank the fantastic Nurse Practitioners, Shanti and Heather. As a person who bruises very easily, I am thrilled to say I have rarely gotten a bruise! I honesty can’t remember the last time I did. Their technique is wonderful and I am always well prepared as to what to expect.
I highly recommend Shanti Boyce. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the overall outcome of the appointment. In addition to being very knowledgeable and professional, the visit yielded the best results to date. She knows what she’s doing and it shows. I’ll be going to Shanti from here on out!!
Shanti was incredible. I was super nervous to get my treatment done and as a guy I felt like was something a little out of the normal. It was incredibly easy and I barely felt a thing. The really put you at ease and make the whole process so easy. I would recommend to anyone and will be back!
I went to Shanti and absolutely loved her. She was really friendly, knowledgeable, and worked with me to achieve the natural lip filler and Botox I was looking for. On my first appointment we took a full half hour to go over my areas of concern and her thoughts on how to keep it natural and meet my goals. I will never go anywhere else. I highly recommend going to Shanti! I just saw her again this morning for a touch up and she was just great. Can’t say enough good things about glow med spa. Great spa! Super friendly staff. Great experience! Second time getting Botox and I decided to try glow (lots of great recommendations from friends). I met with Heather for my injections and she was AMAZING! Funny, personable and very knowledgeable. I was in and out in 15 minutes. 1 week later and my results are very natural and exactly what I wanted!
During my treatment I mentioned how my main goal is to fix my skin texture – she recommended a medical facial. I booked a treatment for that weekend and this time met with Jenny. Again – AMAZING! My skin is soft and glowy and has never looked so good!
I highly recommend this spa and can’t thank the team enough for their amazing customer service!

UPDATE: Just met with Toni for a laser resurfacing treatment and she was so sweet and gentle. In and out in 15 minutes and excited to see my results!

Wow! This place is a must visit for all your aesthetic wants and needs. I’ve had multiple types of treatments done here and every employee is professional and knowledgeable. Shanti is my go to for any injectable needs and is always so sensitive to managing my expectations and then always blows my expectations out of the water when we are all done. Pricing is very competitive and they never try overselling me or pressuring me on anything. They are always looking out for my best interest. You must go!
