Celsius is such a cute medspa and Madison is amazing! Her consultation was very thorough and makes you feel very comfortable the whole time. I had been looking for a Botox injector in Seattle because I was way overdue and the whole experience was so quick!
1st time, was nervous about the nitrogen and getting freezer burned, but staff was professional, friendly and calming, talked me through it, literally, put on socks, slippers, gloves that they provide, kept on my briefs and stepped in, it’s not a bath / cold plunge, it’s dry gas that gets pumped into container that you’re standing in, yeah, it’s cold but not teeth chattering cold (at least not for me) and it’s 3 min. max, u can tell staff if you want to end sooner, I lost track of the count since the attendant was asking me what I did for work, etc. and by the time I was thinking this is way cold, it was over. I’ve had some wrist aches from pilates / Orangetheory that I felt the cryotherapy helped speed up the recovery + I slept well that evening, will definitely go back, especially for post-workout recovery.
So far so good, I’ve only had 1 treatment for bikini so it’s too early to tell, but procedure was super quick and painless for the most part

I’ve come in for multiple cryotherapy sessions now and I cannot imagine going anywhere else. I’m always greeted with a smile and helped promptly. Julie, Joanna and Madison were incredibly knowledgeable on the products and services and gave me a great step by step walk through of how the cryo would work my first time in and what it was doing to help me recover. Cannot recommend Celsius enough, I can see how much this group love what they do and take pride in their work!

Be prepared to walk through FLIES before you enter the door lmao. Nurses are nice but front office staff is disorganized. Old man who was putting in my information in their system kept on making typos and I had to repeat myself multiple times…maybe someone more tech-savvy should be on the computer. Their prices are also more expensive than other more established + sanitary places.
