Big fan of you guys! Of course the team is great, I love chatting with them when I am doing cryotherapy and I always appreciate the cleanliness and comfort of the infrared sauna. The general vibe and upkeep of the place is wonderful and perfect for some rest and recovery.
I’ve used infra red sauna at Celsius for a couple of years. Over time, the sauna has become colder, the heaters don’t work as well. Across the door it’s flat out cold. Overall, at the maximum temperature 158F, I feel colder at Celsius than at another place at 140F. The staff is very difficult to get a hold of, no one picks up the phone or is at the front desk when I come in. Scheduling is a nightmare. The most reliable way is to email the manager and get a response within 24-48 hours. Last month they did not reschedule me properly but instead added another session which resulted in extra charge. Had to take time and collect information to get it reversed. Last week, even an email request to reschedule failed. The manager said they rescheduled but I received session confirmation for the old time slot still. The only advantage is that they are close to where I live so I’m debating it it’s time to shop around.
After running in the 2021 NYCM I scheduled an appointment in the cryo-tank. The hospitality and service were great. I was even offered the package for first timers. I’ll definitely be back and glad this is not too far from where I work.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. They talk d me through my whole session making it easier. Very clean and comfortable facility.
Did the trial week when I was having terrible pain that massage acupuncture, chiropractic, painkillers couldn’t fix and the compression therapy helped. I really enjoyed it and wish I could afford it regularly. A note- it’s connected to a place that does VERY loud cycling sessions.The cryo was really interesting and I did feel like I had more energy.
Friendly staff, clean amenities. Very good rate for cryotherapy. The same franchise has a very nice gym called Studio 3 located in the same place. Super convenient to go from workout to recovery at Celsius. So I made this building my hang out place 🙂
I kept putting off my visit to this place ☹️ – due to severe back pain I have decided to make it in once and for all, I am glad I did!!! One treatment I feel great!!! The staff are amazing!! She made sure I was comfortable and never left my site – I am hooked!!!

Joined as a founding member when they Celsius first opened, kept my membership as long as I could but moved away during the pandemic. Absolutely love the services they provide, CLEAN, state of the art, and friendly smiling faces every time you visit. Without a doubt the services always made me feel better, between Cryotherapy and Infra-red Sauna sessions to reduce inflammation or the normatech compression therapy prior to hard workouts or soccer games to relax, loosen, and stretch the muscles to take on those physical challenges. I appreciate the services they provide, the way they provide them and would look to re-join as a member upon my eventual return to Seattle.
