I had my first massage with Roberto today and it was great. Over the past year I have had some lower back issues and was looking for something to sprinkle in with my chiropractic work. The massage was tailored exactly to my problem areas as we discussed them at length before the session began. I found the atmosphere to be relaxing and chill. Roberto also showed me ways that I can help those muscles at home daily afterwards. Overall I had a really positive experience and will definitely be making Alvarado’s part of my monthly routine.
