For the sake of your very life, RUN don’t walk away from this practice. Dr. Javad A. Sajan and staff are completely lacking in capability, professionalism, and the necessary board certification to do gender surgery.
I attended an appointment with a loved one for gender confirmation surgery. I was appalled to see they required patients to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement before they even see the doctor. This is patently illegal and I reported it to AG Ferguson.
A two year investigation by AG Ferguson staff led to multiple charges filed against Dr. Sajan and Allure Esthetics in Federal court. There is copious evidence of employee’s photo shopping photos, using fake accounts to leave 5-star review, and multiple other infractions.
It turns out Dr. Sajan isn’t even board certified as a gender confirmation plastic surgeon.
Never ever sign an NDA for a healthcare provider unless you’re advised to by your personal attorney.
dr sajan and his team were wonderful. i had a double mastectomy/top surgery without nipple grafts and no drains in early january and both my recovery process and results are amazing. about 2 weeks into my recovery i overexerted myself and it caused quite a bit of fluid buildup in my right side. i admitted to sajan that this was absolutely my own fault and he was very understanding and had me in weekly to drain the fluid free of charge and now im looking great. the entire process from consultation to surgery to post op appointments has been extremely easy and stress free. great results, great team, and great care. thank you to sajan and team!

From start to recovery, Dr. Sajan and his team were very kind and professional. I called and emailed with a lot of questions through the whole process, from getting it approved with my insurance to a couple days before surgery. My top surgery went very smoothly and the nurses I had with me were some of the nicest I ever met. I highly recommend this place for gender affirming care.

Can’t thank him enough for making me feel more comfortable in my own body. I had double incision FTM top surgery and I’m very pleased with the results.
The healing process is nothing to be afraid of since he does such a great job. No drainage, no itching, no sharp pain, my scars and nipples are healing nicely.
I recommend getting the scar treatment kit that he has available for purchase (cleanser + phases 1-5). Very easy to use, shows the ingredients in the serums and when to use them, definitely worth it.

I got an estimate here twice. Dr Sajan was very impersonal and disinterested both times. He added procedures I didn’t ask for, saying that I absolutely needed them, and they would not allow me to choose individual procedures I wanted. The quote was all or nothing, and I got very little information about the procedures. Both times they inflated my quote to $60k, which is waaay beyond my budget, yet their website still quotes me $20k for the procedures I want. I left this place in tears both times, they made me feel like my feminization process is hopeless.

Dr Sajan and his team have been nothing but professional and I’ve received top notch care every single visit. Better than anticipated results and thorough explanations for each step as well as risks and alternatives were discussed at every visit. Couldn’t recommend him and his office more highly.
My experience a waste of money, and very awkward.
I was new to this Dr and Clinic. I decided to have Scupltra injections done. I had my consult which seemed to be pretty basic and hopeful so I went with it (I spent almost 10k).
* the day I was scheduled they called to ask me to come in early- I asked if that meant I could get out early and they said yes.
* I spent almost 4 hrs in the waiting room.
* before I paid I asked to have no pain medications and they agreed.
* after my blood draw they said they would not perform the procedure without me taking pain medication ( there was no issue with blood draw/ my pain level) issue was 3 ladies couldn’t manage to find a vein for a draw etc.
The procedure went on- I came back for consultation after the fact and both agreed the procedure had not work and solution just left my body ( dispersed).
I was told that I could try again and some spend up towards 100k. If I would have known that during the consult I wouldn’t have even paid or gone through with theprocedure. At that moment I felt scammed.
I find it interesting now that the WA Attorney General now has a case and is moving forward.
I regret going here. I have been other places over 20 years for a few other procedures and have never had a bad experience up until going to this place.
For context, I identify as transmasucline nonbinary. Back at around June 2022, I was looking into getting top surgery and found the Allure Esthetic website. It was nearby my area, and a lot of people spoke highly of Dr. Javad Sajan. Those words spoke true in my experience!
In my experience, everyone was very kind and understanding, I felt welcomed and safe. They helped me walk through the entire process, it went very smoothly for me at least. I was able to schedule for top surgery in late November. As for the results of the top surgery, they did such an amazing job and I’m so happy how it turned out!
I can confidently say that I highly recommend coming here if you want to transition surgically. You all have a great day!

I just had surgery with Dr Sajan and his team and I can’t say enough good things. From the moment you schedule your appointment all the way through surgery day it’s a WONDERFUL experience all around.
For reference, I had 360 lipo (with added arms and inter/anterior thighs), fat transfer to breast, and a zombie sculptra BBL
For my consult, I weighed 103 (I’m also 5’1”). I expressed my interest in a fat transfer to breast and something for my hip dips. Instead of turning me away because I’m petite, Dr Sajan wasn’t afraid of a challenge. I also carry a lot of weight in my inner thighs and love handles. So he was certain he could harvest enough fat for the transfer but was also realistic. A few days before surgery I started to get exceptionally nervous, but Patrick (the lovely anesthesiologist) and Dr Sajan both lent me an ear to express my anxiety which made me feel leaps and bounds better.
I’m in bed recovering and just so happy with the care I received, and will be updating with results when I can see them (since I’m currently giving “Michelin Man” in my garments).
Endlessly thankful for this wonderful team!
PS, if you can go for the VIP red carpet treatment I highly recommend it!
EDIT: Day 3: feeling like death but the staff at Allure has been so attentive and communicative! I did get to see myself yesterday in the mirror without the garment and it’s all looking great so far. Getting in and out of bed is a nightmare but I’m sure it’ll only continue to improve!
Day 15: YALL STUFF IS LOOKING GOOOOD! It’s been a super hard recovery but I had a lot done. So happy I went to Dr Sajan. I’ll post pics when I have them!
