I’m sharing this more so for others in case they ever run into a situation of my own. Dr. Sajad a well mannered nice man, consultation was amazing. I went in Jan 2023 to inquire on a mommy makeover. I decided to schedule my surgery for July 2023 in which I had to put down $1000. Was given paperwork and folder with information on procedure, pricing, and contract. Well February came and a medical reason came up in which I call the office and inquired on possible rescheduling or cancelling the surgery. I just wasn’t sure but as a person who would like to give a doctors office time to plan I made them aware of my situation. I worked with Alexis and she was nice and helpful but then I got told if I change my surgery I will forfeit my $1000 and will have to put down another $1000 to reschedule. If I cancel I forfeit my $1000. I looked through my contract not once was this mention. Only thing was mention is if you can cancel or reschedule within 21 days prior a rescheduling fee of $500 is applied and any remaining surgery deposit balance shall be refunded. In which I gave this office well enough time. I then was told I need a medical note and the medical board would review my situation. I ended up having to cancel and they kept $1000 even though it was still wayyyy ahead of time before the pre-op appt. I make this aware for others as this can be a very well known amazing surgeon but on the admin side this is not right at all. It makes this practice looks flaky. I have been following dr Seattle for quite some time on IG and was looking forward to working with him but bc of this money and misinformed information I will not be returning. I just wanted people to be aware that things happen I tried my best to make sure I touch bases with the team and let them know my situation $1000 gone terrible.
Best nurse team I’ve worked with, very welcoming and safe environment! Dr. Sajan is very supportive and professional when it comes to meeting your ideal physical endgoals. Healing process and follow up appointments are easy and fast, with time for hearing your own concerns with full support, as well as providing advice to help further health improvement. I’m very happy with my results and it was well worth the time and money, as well as the blood sweat and tears put into recovery!
Right from the beginning the Doctor and the care staff were very friendly and genuine. I can tell the doctor has a gift and would recommend him to anyone. His work is amazing and I’m happy with my results.
Recently had mommy makeover with fat transfer to the breast. I am one week post op and already loving my results, zero regrets. I have received the best care and concern from Dr Sajan and his team. Dr Sajan takes his time to answer questions, explain things to me, and I never feel he is rushed in all my visits with him. The nurses, anesthesiologists and Dr Sajan have the best bedside manner. I was pretty anxious going into surgery, but they kept me calm, cared for and reassured. They are nothing but kind and caring, currently cannot say enough positive things.

Dr. Sajan and his team performed top surgery for me about 2.5 weeks ago and they’ve delivered excellent results and wonderful care. I had my procedure done at the Gallery of Cosmetic Surgery. Dr. Sajan has been highly respectful and professional. He has a clearly expert command of his work and made the process smooth from start to finish. He took my preferences for appearance of the scars and nipples very seriously and did exactly what I wanted. A lot of doctors you visit as a trans patient don’t have any awareness of what your experience might be surrounding dysphoria and how to talk about or handle your body, but he clearly has listened to his patients for a long time and understands how important the care he’s providing is to the trans community.
A special shout out to the anesthesiologist at the Gallery of Cosmetic surgery who played Spanish guitar music before I went under and told me about his own guitar, and to the nurse assisting him– you both made what would have been a really scary experience feel reassuring and comfortable. Thank you to everyone at Allure and the sister locations for everything you’ve done for my care, I’m more comfortable in my body than I ever have been and so glad I went to Dr. Sajan.

“I wanted to find a cosmetic surgeon in the Seattle area that wasn’t just good but was great. After hours of research, videos, photo galleries and reviews I decide to see Dr. Sajan for a consult. My appointment went great. I had a lot of questions for Dr. Sajan. He answered all my questions and explained things thoroughly. He welcomes questions and you can ask as many as you need to, to both him and his staff and they don’t get frustrated with you or the multiple questions. I told Dr. Sajan my thoughts of what I wanted; he listened and helped me decide what would be best for me and my body. The day of surgery I was a little nervous. He helped calm my nervousness and I felt calm, comfortable and in good hands. I am supper happy with my surgical results. I’m very happy with the care I received from both Dr. Sajan and his staff.
Dr. Sajan even gave my husband and I his personal cell phone number after surgery in case any concerns arose; I was like wow, now that’s a surgeon who cares and cares about his patients. On that note one of the things that really impressed me about Dr. Sajan is his mission work he did for children in Tanzania, performing surgery for these kids who don’t have access to specialty care. To me that’s a giving and selfless person. Dr. Sajan is caring, he’s nice, he’s humble, and he’s a generous person. I’ve experienced all these things at his practice.
Again I am super happy with my surgical results and my whole experience has been amazing. I highly recommend Dr. Sajan and his team if you’re considering cosmetic surgery.

I’ve had an amazing journey with Dr. Sajan. Couldn’t have asked for a better Doctor or experience.
I Never wrote a bad review in my life. But, in this situation I want EVERYONE to hear my story and prevent anyone going to this clinic. As long as I can remember I wanted to change the shape of my nose. So, you can imagine how I wanted to have this surgery preformed. I found this clinic lead by Dr. Sajan Javad I chose this clinic and Dr. because of the positive online reviews. Never could I have imagined the pain and anguish this has all led me to. I live with traffic 5 hours. I met Dr. Sajan and I explained exactly everything that I wanted to have preformed on my nose. It took him only about 10 minutes.But, I thought he must be very professional. Again, the next time I drove there was to sign documents and to make a HUGE Payment for the surgery. He added that we needed to have an osteotomy in addition to the Rhinoplasty which added another $6995.00 to the bill which Dr. Sajan said we absolutely needed. We decided to trust him and pay over 19k. However 2 days before the surgery I received a call from Dr. Sajan’s office stating that he has an emergency and CAN NOT make it. So, they CANCELLED the surgery and fought with me to reschedule or refund me. I was waiting more than 5 months for this surgery So, I couldn’t just leave and felt committed. I Rescheduled finally. At this point I was under such a large amount of stress I lost work, sleep, weight, pushing back my own plans to have a family and a baby because surgery would not allow me to have a baby due to the healing process involved after surgery. The moment finally had come . In 5 minutes BEFORE THE SURGERY Dr. SAJAN told me that he’s NOT very comfortable preforming the surgery and suggested that I speak to another doctor. He said that he only has 5 years experience during his initial career an HE IS NOT a SPECIALIST in RHINOPLASTY. Which is a blatant lie attributing his personal biography that was provided to me that says he is a specialist in rhinoplasty. I was absolutely devastated So, he called his so called friend Dr. Santos that works with Dr. Sajan and he left the room. Jessica the office staff while I was crying proposed to offer me a 1,000 dollar credit( which WE NEVER GOT FROM THEM) for the inconvenience that they put us through. Honestly, this does not even come close to what I feel that need to pay. Then I set up a meeting with Dr. Santos on the spot and explained everything to him and we set up another meeting together. A week later I decided to move forward. I called to the office and they told me they just NOT GOING to do the surgery at all. I asked why? what’s the reason? they couldn’t tell me anything they just decided NOT to do that. And I asked questions but nobody answered me.Not Alexis that Dr. Santos gave us as a reference to schedule our surgery. Dr. Santos also never replied to us and ignored us for the week . I texted his personal line that he gave me during the consultation. I felt so hopeless and felt so sick and so tired and when I finally spoke with someone from the office after a week. I was told that the board decided that they were not going to do the surgery.I was shocked . After so much pain and heartache they have no regard for how life changing this moment is and how much commitment it took on my part. No matter what I said they were still denying me. This clinic is such as embarrassment. Also, after finding out that Dr. Sajan is not board certified made me sick to my stomach as I was led to believe almost everything feels like a LIE . Right now I need to wait another YEAR to perform the surgery I needed, if YOU ARE NOT specialist why are you advertising this !
I had double incision top surgery with Dr. Sajan almost 2 months and I am really pleased with my results so far. I have had the easiest recovery of anyone I have spoken to who has also had DI top surgery. I definitely got lucky so your mileage may vary, as obviously everyone heals differently, but it’s also due to excellent surgical technique.
When first considering top surgery, I was extremely nervous about the recovery process. Dr. Sajan’s recovery timeline seemed to be much quicker than many other surgeons with looser protocols (i.e. no drains, no dressing to change, in a compression vest for only 7 days). This worried me a little at first because I thought the strict restrictions other surgeons give out were to produce better results. However, I have had no adverse effects, my scars are healing very well, and I had minimal swelling considering how invasive the surgery is. I would highly recommend Dr. Sajan if you want the easiest and most comfortable recovery possible without getting poor results. I honestly can’t believe that my surgery turned out this well when I have heard from other surgeons that painful drains, staying in an uncomfortable binder 23/7 for over a month, not lifting your arms for months, etc., are required to minimize complications.
The insurance team and patient care coordinators are also very responsive and helpful over email. There is a lot of bureaucracy involved in trying to get insurance to pay for transgender surgeries, so I was very grateful to have a dedicated, helpful contact who dealt with my insurance company for me.
I had a procedure with Dr Sajan just a few days ago and it was an incredible experience. Every single person that works in these offices is absolutely wonderful – they are friendly, kind, professional, and so, so willing to bend over backwards for their patients. Dr Sajan himself is extremely professional and confident. I always felt like I was in good hands. This man thanked ME for allowing him to perform this surgery on me! I’m already more than happy with my very fresh results and I’d go here again with any cosmetic surgery needs.
APPROACH WITH CAUTION
It makes me feel sad and disappointed to write this. My partner has had a very bad experience with this office as a whole, and others need to know. Dr. Sajan was not able to perform surgery for my partner, who is seeking top surgery for gender confirming support, because this medical practice does not have the correct equipment to support all body sizes. Body sizes that are based on an outdated, old school BMI chart invented by someone from a numerical field (not medical).
When we completed our initial consultation, the staff was kind and friendly. The aid that asked questions and took vitals, was soft spoken, and transparent. Dr Sajan was straight to the point and let them know that approval could take 3 to 6 weeks. He said they would need to call insurance, regularly, to make sure the claim didn’t slip through. My partner called once a week, and within three weeks, the approval was submitted by insurance. My partner sent it and waited. The Allure insurance staff kept telling my partner they needed a different letter, agreement, agreement code, etc, but refused to talk directly with insurance to get what they needed. My partner called insurance every time to get what was needed by them and each time the insurance was also confused on what was needed. My partner attempted to contact the Allure place thorugh November to January and was unable to talk to anyone on the phone.
It was the absolute WORST experience scheduling with this provider. Their answering service handles calls for multiple providers, so it doesn’t matter what number you call. It automtically goes to another system. If someone does answer, the insurance staff is 9/10 unavailable but will call back. They never call. They would email my partner after about 4-5 days.
My partner was able to contact someone via phone from Allure three months after multiple unsuccessful attempts. They were finally told, “The insurance doesn’t typically cover additional costs for the facility you need. We need a written agreement for that reason.” The agency waited three months to let us know that was the miscommunication between them and the insurance. They also stated, “typically this facility does not cover costs,” but they didn’t tell us, so my partner waited three months for something that is not financially pissible. My partner lost extra coverage because of the new year (new deductible).
My partner now has to start all over and find another agency to complete this process. Specifcally with someone who is more people centered and can communicate clearly.
What is even worse is that Dr. Sajan, or any staff there, wouldn’t make a referral to another more equipped physician who could meet their needs. If the capacity to serve a diverse, gender confirming demographic is not possible, then DO NOT advertise for it.
My whole experience with Dr. Sajan and his team has been incredible. All the staff is so friendly and helpful. Dr. Sajan is extremely knowledgeable and cares about you as a person not just a patient. Beyond that my results so far have been great, during the healing process they were always readily available to help. I couldn’t be happier with my whole experience. 🙂
Recently had the mommy makeover with an Extended tummy tuck, lipo 360, Muscle Repair and a BBL. IM EXTREMELY HAPPY about my results. The entire staff was incredibly supportive and kind. I have been in a few different surgery groups for over a year now to see hundreds of different surgeries and their results from people all around the world and when I tell you my results were so incredible it means that a ton of women asked who my surgeon was and that they are will to fly to him for surgery! When I went into surgery I went in with the results may vary mentality so I didn’t get my hopes up…. But omg I’m blown away! And there is very minimal discomfort! Doctors bedside mannerism was phenomenal, he and the anesthesiologist made my nerves go away by chit chatting with me before surgery! The entire experience was exceptional! Thanks Doc and team! I feel incredible.

I found Dr. Sajan after the endless amount of time I spent researching different cosmetic surgeons around the area, and I’m glad I did because Dr. Sajan is open and honest with what can and cannot be achieved. I knew that I wanted bigger fuller breast since I lost my fullness after my first child and breast feeding her for almost 2 years. I wasn’t sure on what size, but he helped me choose the size and I do not regret it at all! I’m so glad I didn’t go smaller… At first the number scared me because a 555cc sounded really big, but based on what I saw during the try-on, he said a 555cc would be a good choice for my body type. He also suggested a gummy bear tear drop which I am absolutely in love with because it goes so well with my breast shape. I’m currently still recovering but so far I love love my breast. I’m so much more confident and they look even more symmetrical than they were before. I would recommend anyone to go to Dr. Sajan because is work is amazing and he’s caring. I plan on getting more work done at his office, but non-surgical procedures because I trust him and his team to get the results I’m looking for.
Update:
I went in yesterday to get lip fillers for the first time and Dr. K made me feel so comfortable and assured me that once I’m done healing that I will be happy with my results. So far I love the shape of my lips even though they’re really swollen. I can’t wait to see the final results!
Dr. Sajan is really good and professional at breast augmentation. He has a great knowledge and high skill that would make you feel comfortable and confident is what you are getting. Super kind and calm person. I was a really concern and nervous at first when I was looking for a surgeon for myself.
