I had a facial with Krystle and it was AMAZING! She was so sweet and kind, respected the quiet/relaxing time, but also had just the right amount of conversation. I left GLOWING and feeling great. I will definitely be back. 🙂
Totally unprofessional, they were careless with appointments and had no clue what they were doing procedurally. Do not waste your time or money here.
I went to BelViso twice for my facial treatments, my 1st one was hydra facial though I didn’t see that much difference but somehow I loved my esthetician Krystle so I booked my 2nd treatment with her for a Classic facial and oh my I am so glad that I did it..Krystle was amazing and knowledgeable and I just loved each step of the treatment,I myself is a licensed esthetician so I know how much hard work she was putting into my treatment,I already booked my upcoming facials with Krystle…I highly recommend her.

I’ve gone to belviso day spa multiple times for different kinds of treatments and never once had a complaint. All of the staff members are so kind and will take care of you. They won’t try to sell you on anything and are extremely honest. I fully trust them with my skin and won’t ever be going to a different spa. Highly recommended they have incredible services
Figured maybe it’s time I write a review, considering I have been a happy customer for the last 14 years! My first treatment at bel viso was a teen facial for acne when I was 12. Through the years I have done it all, facials, massages, laser hair removal, spray tans, lash lift and tint, eyebrow tint, filler, Botox… I have never been disappointed with a service at bel viso. I always leave the spa feeling so refreshed, relaxed and looking my absolute best! Each and every employee is incredible at her craft, receptive to customer needs, & kind and comforting. I will never stop coming and never stop recommending. This is my happy place! 🤍

I had a horrible experience at Bel Viso. I booked a consulting appointment to get pricing for a laser procedure. When I booked the appointment, nobody told me that it was a paid appointment. On the day of the appointment, while the consultant was sweet, she promised to call the next day to confirm the pricing but she never did. The receptionist was rude and passive aggressive while checking out and started demanding for $ 25. Also, imagine paying $25 to just get the pricing! She kept on insisting that if i ever visit the spa again i would have to pay a consultation fee. I am not sure why would i do that if i pay $1000 for a laser procedure. The spa management needs to be transparent with their pricing but more importantly learn to treat their new customers with respect!
