I have been going to laser lounge for about a year now and I’ve just completed my laser hair removal on a few areas and I cannot speak highly enough about Laser Lounge Med Spa. Their pricing is really reasonable and their spa is very clean and their staff is very professional.
I’ll happily be a customer for life, they are that good.
This place is so welcoming to everyone and makes you feel like family! Thank you for always being a place I look forward to going to! Y’all really are incredible!!!
I have had both a facial and laser hair removal from Laser Lounge. They staff are outstanding and treatments are phenomenal. I am on 3 of 6 laser hair removal seeing great results! They are all so kind to me. I highly recommend.
Todd was amazing! Explained everything to me before hand, down to the differences between brands of filler and Botox. He made sure I was comfortable during the appointment. I’m looking great and he has checked on me throughout the settling process as well!

I have been coming here for about 3 years now & these ladies are absolutely amazing! Always so friendly, gracious, & knowledgeable regarding the numerous services they offer, I have not one bad remark. In addition to being very personable, their lobby & spaces are always immaculately clean & beautifully decorated. I first found them through a Groupon Ad & purchased a full face laser hair removal package with the results after a year being undeniable; only requiring a few normal extra touch ups here & there. Now after my face is finally starting to settle, I am so excited to begin my new journey with their other skin invigorating procedures! I wish I had more money to gift these wonderful hard working women even with their outstanding deals, but I guarantee you will get your money’s worth & more if you haven’t already been in.
I have been visiting Laser Lounge for about a year now and I absolutely love going here. The staff is absolutely amazing! Seanna does amazing work with her laser treatments. I continue to get them religiously. So happy I found this place. Head on over immediately. You won’t regret it!
This place is the best! I have been going there for years now for laser hair removal–first for my face and then for legs. It took 2 years of sessions for the hair on my legs to almost fully disappear. Little by little, each month, more hair would disappear, so you can’t expect miracles immediately. Now I hardly ever shave my legs, and I used to be the girl with the dark hair 5 o’clock shadow legs! I still go back every so often for face touch up treatments when new hair pops up, so you can’t necessarily expect one series of treatments and done forever. It was about 1 year between my last touch up and the most recent one. I tell people all the time that laser hair removal was one of the most worth it things I ever spent money on.
Is only open one Saturday a month so you have to wait a few months for an appointment, doesn’t do reminder calls and I guess they can’t invest in a platform to do text reminders for customers than they charge their customers 100$ for a missed appointment. Seems like a pretty sneaky way to do business. In my 35 years I’ve never been to a salon,spa or doctor that didn’t do reminders text or calls but then charges customers. what a joke. If you’re worried about your employees having too many no shows maybe you should book an extra few people to a lot for that. Customer retention is the most important otherwise you have no business, just a reminder. I would’ve given you no stars if it were possible.
I am a 47 year old man that wanted to improve my skin quality and appearance. I made and appointment with Seanna @ Laser Lounge Med Spa. She was extremely knowledgeable and informative about the treatments and what i should expect. I have had to two treatments so far and i am very pleased with the results. Future appointments are already in the books. Highly recommended for anyone looking for skin treatment.
Today I went to the Tacoma Laser Lounge Med Spa for my first IPL facial. This was my first experience with both this beautiful spa and an having an IPL. Seanna, the owner and my esthetician, was kind, funny, informative and made me feel comfortable from beginning to end. I even got a little teary from the amazing results!! and was given a big warm hug. I’ve already booked a hydrofacial later in the month and cannot wait to get back. Wonderful experience!! Cannot recommend enough!! Thank you ladies!!

I’ve been coming here for over a year. The staff are all very nice and accommodating. I started seeing significant results very soon after I began treatment. Everything is clean and serene! I’m very happy here.
I waited almost a full year after my year and a half of services for this review, because I really wanted to like this place. They were accommodating, extended services (an extra session) to try to fix a problem we had (lack of results), and it’s a pleasant atmosphere.
However, the bottom line is that I paid over a grand for hair removal and there’s really no visible change. Really frustrating. I don’t have an extremely light or dark skin tone, or super pale hair, which is usually a factor in not seeing results, so it doesn’t make sense.
Wish them the best, and that a new machine or process works better. In the meantime, I’d look elsewhere.
This is the place you want. The ladies that work there are nothing but spectacular! And the machines show results.
This place will make you feel loved and beautiful. I’m glad I chose this place to get my hair removal. I’m very satisfied with my results and recommend others to come to this place. I found the prices to be better than most other places. And, I absolutely adore the staff.

I have had such an amazing experience at Laser Lounge! The entire staff is always so welcoming, and the office is meticulously clean every visit. I appreciate how knowledgeable every staff member is, and I love the relationship my technician and I have built over the last 2 years of treatments.
