I went on a Groupon and the staff was very nice and friendly. They worked with my schedule to get me in as quickly as they could. Everything was quick & professional. I’ll go back.
I have been to another place for LHR and it didn’t work. This place is wonderful ! I’ve been going here for 10 months and the embarrassing hair I had is ALL GONE! I’m a customer for life. All the staff are great.
Buyer beware. I’d gone in on a groupon last year and after a positive experience, I purchased a years worth of other treatments areas. 2 visits later, I had a horrible reaction during the treatment. The tech couldn’t/ wouldn’t finish the session. Shortly after that, I had to urgently move to california and i requested the business to prorate refund my years worth of treatments. They refused. Saying after the 3rd treatment there’s no refunds. I’m still incredibly hairy and out a lot of money and very upset about it still. It’s not like I was asking for all my money back, just the unused amount of time.
The staff also spoke nicely to my face but freely talked horribly about their other clients in front of me. They also have no sense of privacy and in front of other clients will ask about your medications.
I can’t rave enough about this place! The ladies here are amazing and so accommodating. I am close to the end of my laser hair removal experience and throughout the process they have been so helpful with helping me achieve my best results. Mechelle has been a God send with working with me when the treatments were painful on the more *ahem* sensitive areas. Thank you for your immense knowledge base and making this experience one that was stress free.
AH-mazing!!!! Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. Appointments were easy to make. I get embarrassed easily but the tech made me feel so comfortable. I’ve had 3 treatments so far but the results have been better than expected! I can’t wait for my next appointment!!
If I could give more stars I would. 1st off, I’m a guy and was pretty embarrassed to even make an appointment but the receptionist was very friendly and made me feel so comfortable before I had even made it to the building. For my first treatment my anxiety arose again but both the fronk desk and tech made me feel great again. I have since now gone back for over a year for other treatment areas and couldn’t even imagine going anywhere else. They have me looking great.
If anyone is looking for any of the services they offer, look no further because you will get the best tailored treatment and customer service in the industry. The ladies are amazing, professional, and also nice to look at 😉
I have been going here for almost a year now and absolutely love it !!!! The staff, facility and the atmosphere is so welcoming an comfortable . I get all questions answered . They are accommodating to my crazy schedule and I really appreciate that so much . Definitely recommend these ladies they are GREAT !
Very professional staff. I had 2 sessions and I can really see the result.
Clean place, but front desk is rude and not very accommodating. I purchased a year of treatments for multiple areas and promised minimum number of treatments were not met due to multiple cancellations by the office and inability of front desk to accommodate basic needs of clients. Additionally to that, the treatment itself was not effective.
Overall the promises were not met!
Finished treatment for 2 areas and hair is not even close to being gone.
Do not go there!! everything seems fine so long as you don’t open your mouth, the service lacks quality.
Not customer oriented, if you express concerns expect retaliation. Don’t go there!
The atmosphere is comfortable and the place is very clean. The staff is friendly and efficient. Stick with it for great results.
The front desk staff were very inviting and answered my questions the technician which I had to actually do my procedure wasn’t very nice it was my first time and she didn’t really give me any instructions it does hurt quite some I’ve had laser removal before and they used a different type of laser This laser has a suction that sucks on to your skin and then burns you basically I got burned in my genital area that scabbed So I am stuck with the decision to go back since I paid for a years worth or go somewhere else I only stopped going to my previous place because I got deployed in the Navy and couldn’t finish my treatment. She just looked at me as if she was trying to hurry up. So annoying.
Amazing gals. I have never been happier. Havent shaved anything for over 5 months. Affordable and so worth it. Life changing
I was impressed at first. When I went the third time I’d paid over $500 for a couple packages and I decided to add on for chin and lip. The new tech they hired was the one who helped me and it hurt. I was burned and I could tell, so I asked them what I could do because I knew a facial burn would look awful and it really hurt. They looked at me like I was just a baby and gave me an ice pack to place on my lip for about 2 minutes and said it looked fine. It wasn’t fine. I had facial burns that took over a week to heal. It looked awful. So my choice now is to waste over $700 and go somewhere else, or deal with people who don’t care if you are burned as long as you don’t complain about it.
Welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The gals answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. Excellent service! I am very happy with the hair removal results.
