Incredibly respectful and inviting staff. I was comfortable and my treatments were quick and worked beautifully! If you have unwanted hair, they can help you out! I am thankful for my experience and the results.
Such a great experience! The office is clean and beautiful. Dr. Todd did so well and walked me through everything he was doing. He took his time and did not rush. Was up front on all prices and options and listened to what I wanted.
Todd was great and made my first toxin appointment a breeze.

Okay so the negative reviews I’m not quite understanding..sounds like people just love to complain!
For me, let me tell you– I hail from California. I’ve been to plenty of med spas doctors from Beverly Hills to Sf. I have tried plenty of med spas here in Washington– specifically pierce and king county. This is by far the BEST in the area. They are Personable, listen to your needs, and more importantly make you feel your best. Dr. Todd is a gem. I came in for a consult it was such a fun appointment– I got botox on the spot because of how comfortable I felt. I can’t wait to book more appointments in the future!
Everyone here is so friendly and professional. I have seen AMAZING results with my laser hair removal. Katelyn is a gem, she makes you feel so comfortable and does an incredible job. I have been recommending this place to all my friends!!!!
Out of the 3 places I have been to for laser in King County, this place is hands down the best. Highly recommend for laser hair removal! They are so sweet and professional and have great prices without compromising quality. I saw excellent results coming here compared to other places and continue to go back. The place is super cute and clean too. 🙂
I have been going to Lazer Lounge for for years, and have always had a great experience with my treatments. My husband and I recently had Botox with Todd; he is great 😊 super friendly, informative and knows what he is doing.
So happy to have found this gem! I have what my sister refers to as “resting thinking face” and though it was very subtle I beginning to see glabellar lines and it had been bothering me for some time. I saw Todd for my first ever filler for that zone and he was incredible. I felt at ease in the cozy, clean environment while he explained the process thoroughly. It was fast and my results were exactly as hoped!
I’ve been seeing Mari now for laser hair removal on my armpits and Brazilian and I’m equally amazed at these results. She is so knowledgeable and takes great care in her service. After just a few sessions I don’t have to shave my armpits! Being someone prone to ingrown hairs this is amazing – a time and stress saver for sure! I look forward to each visit here. Next time I’m hoping to try either a hydrafacial or clear and brilliant! P. S. They carry Epionce and after trying the intense defense serum I’m hooked, it’s magic in a tube!
This place is truly horrible, I do not recommend going there. Place is dirty and not hygienic! Depending on the day they can be nice, or more often – not that pleasant. Usually initial niceness disappears after you sign up for treatment and pay, afterwards they don’t care about you. The treatment itself is not much effective, very minor improvements. In comparison with other places, their laser is weak (which reflects in the price, however I wouldn’t pay that much for that little difference for before and after). WARNING – DO NOT BUY their lifetime warranty – they don’t honor your signed contract and overcharge you. I had in my contract that touch ups will be $50, and when I came to get it, they wanted a quadruple fee because they raised their prices – what’s the point of a contract if you’re not going to warrant it (and, there is nothing in fine print about them being able to increase that fee). Just save your money, your body and go somewhere else, but to this place! Ideal image was much better, and I’d rather overpay but get a fair and clean service done by professionals!

Laser Lounge is my go to place for everything! Todd does great work with Botox and filler. Mari is my go to for anything skin related and Katelyn is a master with laser hair removal. Shonda always works with my schedule and I always feel welcomed every time I go in for treatments. They always explain everything in full and I never leave unsatisfied. Thank you for being my go to spa!
I am here to save you time, money and health. Don’t go to this place! It’s a total rip off. The staff is rude and unprofessional, the equipment is unsanitary and the results are poor! I fell into their trap, but would NOT recommend anyone to go through the same.
