Very disappointed with my last two sessions. I went in for skin issues. Was told to buy $180 worth of their skin care products and paid another $400 for treatments. It did not help at all, just wasted $580. I was told since it didn’t work I would have to go to their medical office next door but I don’t want to waste more money on a place that didn’t fix the issue to begin with.

Paid a lot of money for lip filler & all I got was bruised lips for a week. Pointless to pay $500+ & get no results & then they expect you to pay for more services when they don’t produce any results.
Do not go here if you need professional medical help with skin issues. I came in for a consultation for acne and acne scars and was told that the best treatment would be infini. It was a whopping $2k (on sale) but I was ready to pay the price to have clear skin. I bought 3 treatments of infini and was told to schedule them 1 month apart for best results. After my first treatment, I go to schedule and was told the earliest I could schedule would be two months from now. Why would they start a new patient if they aren’t able to schedule at appropriate times? I go in for my second treatment and am told by the person doing the treatment that my acne is getting worse, then and only then am I seen by a PA who prescribes anit inflammation pills and tretinoin (which ends up doing nothing) and by the third treatment, I have spent about $200 in creams and lotions for after care which I was not told about prior to the procedure (rejuvenating cream was $100 alone). I was never treated specifically for my acne which is what should have occurred first and then moved onto the scars. Instead they did scar treatment and reassured me that it would make my acne go away as well (and unfortunately I was desperate). I also did not get any aftercare advice. Was not told when I could workout, how long it would take to heal, how long I needed to apply the rejuvenating lotion on for, I was only told that I could wear sunscreen the next day. This place is simply milking you for money, won’t ever go here. (Also, the receptionist had to tell me how to use the tretinoin since the provider didn’t)
Horrible customer service.
Dermacare always treats me like a VIP. The staff recommends what treatments are best for me, and they are such a joy to work with. They make sure that you feel special!
