  • Very friendly staff . Anytime i bring my daughters very quick and come out happy . Dr smith is awesome very knowledgable and always concerned on taking care even after the visit .

  • My wife went here to get a chemical peel. She came home and where a small zit was the chemical from the peel got into it and caused a big scab to form. She now has a scar and it’s been over a year later. She’s very self conscious of it.

  • This facility is unethical, unprofessional, and has no customer service. I paid for three procedures at my consultation. I scheduled all the appointments that coorelated to each procedure at the same time. I made it clear I wanted to pay in full at that time. Come to find out, the PA and consultation lady didn’t understand each other do the PA injected me with twice the amount she was supposed to at one appointment. This was admitted by the consultation lady on the phone after they tried to charge me additional money. When I went for the second appointment, without my consent or knowledge they injected me again and then said I owed them money because of their mistake. I said I disagreed. So they took the money I had in my account that was for a different procedure and used it to cover their mistake. Thus, out of paying for three procedures, I only got two. The doctor refused to speak with me, and the woman who debated me was not even present at my consultation or during the injections. And just an fyi…neither Kybella or vanquish work at all. I will never ever go to this place for anything again.

  • The staff here are just trying to make outlandish sales and not age haha.
So snobby, rude judgmental staff. They charged me hundreds of dollars for a treatment that was the opposite of what I asked for… And they resured me over three times that I would get what I asked for. Zilch. Most expensive way to get people to touch your face, put lotion on it, and try to sell you so many products and services it’s a joke. Go to a dermatologist that can actually help your skin. Literally tried not to laugh in there. Get actual advice and care for you and your skin… Don’t go into this place.
They are so concerned with how things look. Not what’s going on with your skin issues, or how to treat them.
I am holding out hope for the docters side of their building, but not much. So far getting an appointment or a call or anything seems less likely than me dying of old age first.
Plus I’ve heard you usually just see a PA. lol

  • I love Dermacare, Dr Smith and his staff are wonderful. He cares and they care.

  • Rude staff and only know how to treat acne with one option. Would you like accutane or accutane. The answer is always Accutane. Only go here as a last resort. Good luck seeing a Dr, it will probably be a PA everytime.

  • LOVE DermaCare! The staff are wonderful and answer all of my questions, and the results from services and products are unmatched! My #1 recommendation for all skincare needs

  • Gaby is awesome, thank you so much!

  • Needed a small tattoo fixed and she did a perfect job! She was also very quick. 10 stars!!!!! This is the place for tattoo removal! Also not nearly as painful as people say.

  • Dr. Smith is amazing. The techs I’ve worked with are extremely helpful and I always feel welcome. I will keep coming back!

  • While the actual dermatologists are great, the service is abhorrent. I have called the office at least 3 times a week for the past 3 weeks, on hold for most of my calls, trying to get my skin products sent to me, on top of forcing me to pay an extra $6.45 on express shipping. If you live anywhere outside of the Tri-Cities, best of luck with getting your order filled within a month because it’s probably not going get to you any earlier.

  • Good place to get rid of old or now memers

  • Beware.. very disappointing experience. I took my daughter to see Dr. Smith about a birth mark removal. After treating my daughter and removing her birthmark, We had nothing but trouble. The wound site would not heal and became an “open wound”. Went back to see the Dr “a few times” to make sure it was not infected only to hear NO BIG DEAL? really?? I realized I needed to take my daughter to a wound care unit at Kadlec hospital and in 3 visits they had her wound closed and starting to heal. This left a terrible scar on her ankle that turn into a keloid scar.
My daughter is 13 and now has to deal with this scar that is Twice the size of what the original birthmark. I wasn’t planning on extra expenses to cover a “mess-up” by the doctor. will never go back for ANY treatment from Dr. Smith.

  • I had a great experience at Dermacare. Dr. Smith and his staff were amazing. Don’t even think twice about going to see Dr. Smith. He was so kind, thorough and helped me through a difficult time. I highly recommend Dr. Smith at Dermacare. Thanks again!

  • Have been going to Dermacare for about a year. Had a CO2 treatment (laser resurfacing) last January to remove some sun damage (I’m outdoors always). I am very happy with the results and have enjoyed the monthly services associated with being a VIP member. Every month I undergo a silkpeel or Genesis treatment which help me to maintain the results I got thru the CO2. The Aestheticians are very knowledgeable and helpful. A great place to go if you want to explore options for preventing the kind of damage I had to have corrected.
