I love Purity Medical and Dr. Fadi and his staff. I’ve had several procedures done here including the BioTe pellet, fillers, vitamin B-12 shots, and the Ultheray. I was 100% happy with all the services and my results. I love how relaxed then environment is yet still very professional. Another huge plus is that they can get you in on very short notice, sometimes the same day. Their competitor up the road who I’ve been to before and had a bad experience, takes weeks to get an appointment. I’ll continue to go see Dr. Fadi for all my procedures.
I’ve been to Purity several times for vitamin shots, bloodwork, and a prescription. Dr. Fadi, Trisha, and Shirley are great! It’s a clean and warm space that’s is right off of Meridian.
When I first ever came into purity medical spa it felt like they already knew me. They were sweet and really easy going and I got all my questions answered and none of my “dumb” questions were actually dumb. they were very understanding and knew exactly how to take care of my needs and they made sure I left happy with my results and I really was 💗

The staff and doctor are always very friendly and knowledgeable. They offer a multitude of services and the Spa is very nice and clean. I have been getting botox from Dr. Alhafez for a few years now, love my results!
The doctor really cares about his patients. He always communicates with his patients and informs them about the procedures. I drive a long way to get to the spa because of the doctor and the staff here. They are all amazing!
Staff here is so kind and welcoming! And between the weightloss supplement and the vitamin supplement the Dr prescribed to me I feel better than I have in a very long time and loosing weight at the same time!! VERY happy with my experience here!! I would encourage everyone to come visit!!
I have had hormonal imbalances ever since my hysterectomy, after coming here and getting pellets I have lost all my post surgery weight and I feel like I’m 18 again. Clean office always willing to see you and great prices.

I come here and get the vitamin shots because I have an auto immune disease and I can really tell the difference in my body ever since I started coming here. And also, the staff is AMAZING! Everybody is friendly and make you feel very comfortable.
