I started going to Purity Med Spa in Puyallup, shortly after they opened. Trish was my first point of contact. Not only was she super friendly, she had a wealth of information. I go there regularly for a number of services. The staff and the Dr make you feel at home, and their service is top notch. They are very educated about the products and services they offer. The environment is very clean and comfortable. Thank you for being so wonderful and offering your services!

I went here today excited to have my free consult for weight management, thinking I would get a lot of information and such. Instead, I got maybe 10 minutes with the doctor who asked 4 questions and charged $150. Not sure why really…. They didn’t even weigh me or take measurements – at a weight management consult. No discussion on options for programs. Dr gave me an Rx for a medication and a brochure on another implant. The front receptionist Sam was very nice and probably gave more info to me than the doctor. The spa itself was very nice, good decor. The last 2 points allowed me to give it more than 1 star. I think the $150 and virtually nothing is a huge rip off. Why did I pay that? To get a prescription? I could have gotten that from my PCP…. I went here to get other ideas.
I love this place. Best decision I’ve made in 20 years. Dr. Fadi is the nicest doctor I’ve ever been around. Period

I have been to the Seattle location and Puyallup location and I have had beyond exceptional service by the staff. The Seattle location has great parking, despite it being in Seattle and always is very quiet and calming. Everyone is genuinely friendly and educated with products and services. This place always makes me feel comfortable and relaxed ! I have had numerous services and every time I am so pleasantly satisfied! I tell all my friends and family about this spa, I won’t be going anywhere else !!

Purity Medical Spa is nothing less than amazing! They were able to fit me in on the same day. Trisha was extremely helpful with any questions that I had. I received my first Botox treatment, and the physician asked me where my concerning areas were and explained everything step by step. It really made me feel involved. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I think I just found my new spa!
