I had a mini tummy tuck here in 2020 and hate leaving negative reviews so I’ve waited until now to do so but do not get one here! I previously had a c section scar and to be honest my scar is so much worse now. I’m in great shape and take very good care of myself but I feel my lower tummy looks deformed now and am considering having a revision with a different surgeon. She was very pleased with the results which is shocking to me. On top of the outcome the staff missed stitches in my stitch removal numerous times and I had to keep coming back. It took forever to heal and I literally had small holes in my scar area from stitches working their way out. My advice is go to a different surgeon and do your research.
My experience with Dr Chung has been nothing short of amazing. First, I was able to get scheduled just weeks after my consultation for my surgery. I was very excited about not having to wait an extended period of time. Next, the staff was AMAZING. From the nurses to the front desk, they are extremely friendly. The front desk always welcomed me by greeting me with my name and welcoming me into the office. The surgery went well and I am so happy with my results. Cassie helped me pick out me CCs because I was conflicted and I am so happy she was there to help. They’re perfect on my body. Alex was my nurse on surgery day and she was the kindest to me pre and post op. Madelyn was there during my post op appointments and was beyond amazing. Thank you to this amazing team, I made the best decision and I am so happy with the results. I am now 3 months post op and I have never been so confident, I seriously can’t thank this team enough. If you’re on the fence about which office to choose, this is the one. Let this be your sign!
I tried to make an appointment a year ago. Booked a consult for a month out, she canceled the day before. Booked again for another month out, canceled again. I went with another surgeon. Now, a year later, I’m not happy with the results, so I booked an appointment and was very clear with the receptionist that this was for a revision surgery.
Canceled again the day before. Finally get in, she listens to me for 10 minutes talk about what I want fixed, showed her before and after photos, etc. She agreed that things were done incorrectly, only to then abruptly say that she doesn’t do revisions and I should go back to the incompetent doctor and trust them with my face again, instead of, at the barest minimum, recommending someone else.
If you don’t do revisions, why do you let your receptionist book those type of consults and waste everyone’s time?!
I felt that all of my concerns were completely invalidated by her impatience (you accepted the appointment! ) and tone deaf suggestion.
Dr. Chung was incredible. I had implants and a lift. They are beautiful and I couldnt be happier!! She listened to any healing concerns I had and took them seriously while reassuring me everything was normal, you can feel how much she cares. Staff was awesome too. Would recommend her to anyone.
I didn’t like it, that he canceled my appointment the same day.Missing 3 hours they cancel me they are not professionals here I do not recommend it.

Dr Chung took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions thoroughly. I felt confident in her care and felt like she understands how to make things aesthetically nice AND natural looking. Her nurses were helpful with all the follow up as well. The results of the abdominoplasty were awesome. Not only do I look much better, but with my diastasis gone I feel more comfortable running and doing other intense activities and the pregnancy/diastasis caused stress incontinence is better!
My wife and I researched many surgeons and when we found Dr. Chung’s office we were both happy with the staff and overall experience. She answered all of our questions and made the entire experience enjoyable for my wife. I highly recommend Dr. Chung and her staff! Thank you for helping my wife! After 5 kids and 12 years of research, we are excited for our next chapter!
From the moment Dr. Chung entered the room and started my consultation I was at ease. She listened.
Her bedside manner is thoughtful. Her team from the front counter to the nursing staff were amazing.
I had a mommy makeover, which requires you to have care at home. Dr. Chung and her staff prepared my husband with all the information for me to have a great post surgery experience.

Dr. Chung was recommended to me after I had “botched” situation with another surgeon. She was so amazing. Listened to all my concerns (where the original surgeon was so condescending and dismissive) Dr Chung saw exactly what my concern was so I didn’t feel crazy and she let me know I was not crazy! At the end of the day, one of my implants was deflated, so I HAD to get my “botched” situation fixed. She was so nice to me and did an amazing job on my fix. My revision was a huge success and my scars look better in 3 months than my other scars did after a year!! I would 100% recommend Dr. Chung and her staff! Love, Love Love her!!

Dr Lynn Chung is great but having been to her a few times I have nothing good to say about the front office staff . Have had several negative encounters with Kim who seems to rule the front desk as if she is the queen bee there . She is alway abrasive , rude and can’t be congenial with clientele

It’s truely a shame as I would come back to see dr Cheng but I’m pretty much down with the staff there that you can’t even get to the provider ..I’ve mentioned the problem before but I don’t think the providers there know what to do as far as

I never ended up having my cosmetic surgery done by Dr. Chung. While I was comfortable and impressed with Dr. Chung, I was not impressed with the staff or their competency. From the sloppy paperwork at the pre-op appt where even the dollar amounts were not filled in to the horrible patient consideration, I changed my mind from rescheduling my surgery to cancelling it. I needed to postpone my scheduled surgery because of some medical concerns I was having at which point my primary doctor withdrew her medical clearance. When I called to change my surgery date, I was told by Kim I would forfeit my deposit. I told her I was just rescheduling my appointment to another date (a common occurrence with any surgery) and Kim insisted I would still lose my deposit of $3000, even IF I wanted to reschedule. I didn’t even have a chance to tell her why because by that point in the phone call, Kim was yelling at me and I had to raise my voice to even stop her. At which point, I just hung up. While my initial intent was to reschedule the surgery, I decided I would not be doing anything further with this clinic. I have no idea about the success of the work Dr. Chung does, altho many of the reviews are glowing. After consulting with another Surgery practice, the way that this clinic handles patients and the deposits is highly inferior.
Check around before making a decision to have your surgery done at this clinic. If your first impression of how you are treated at this clinic is not positive or they give you the approx 50 pages of disclaimer paperwork to complete in only a few minutes or you also find they are sorely lacking in effectively communicating EVERY SINGLE DETAIL and costs, go somewhere else.

I’m writing this review for the person that is curious about having surgery to remove excess skin, fat or might need repair to their abdominal muscles. Please don’t be put off by the price tag because you can’t put one on your quality of life.
I am a mother of 4. I had 4 c-sections, I’m 5’ 1” and have struggled with my body image for years. I honestly didn’t even think about how the repair to my abs would allow me to keep up with my everyday life without constant back pain from the pulling and separation of the muscles. I purely was interested because I just didn’t like what I saw in the mirror. Before I had my consultation with Dr. Ching I had one with a really popular plastic surgery establishment. They couldn’t get me in until next year and I almost gave up. Thankfully I have supportive people that encouraged me to keep looking. That’s when I found Dr. Chung’s office. Her reviews were great and they were scheduling way sooner. The consultants toon was amazing and I was treated with respect & dignity every step of the way. I also loved that she made sure I was doing this for myself and no one else.
Surgery and recovery is subjective and to be honest it was comparative to having a c-section minus the baby but obviously your skin is going to feel tight. The first week was as to be expected, lots of rest. I am now 2 weeks post-op and I feel great! I am able to resume most activities. I will tell you that immediately after surgery waking up in recovery they helped me sit up and immediately felt the difference in my ab strength. You don’t know what is missing until you have it back!
Dr. Chung has been amazing and is always patient, willing to answer any questions and is thorough. I would recommend her to anyone interested in a tummy tuck/abdominal repair surgery. I also had a breast tuck & lift. That recovery is easy leash. It’s mostly fat & tissue.
If you are interested in bettering your quality of life, do it! You are so worth it and you deserve to feel & look your best. Exercise and healthy eating habits can only get you so far. Sometimes you need that extra help and that is nothing to feel shame or guilt about. Dr. Ching helped me change my life and I am eternally grateful.
