This place is awesome I had the best experience getting the hydrofacial with a very knowledgeable aesthetician souzan. My skin looks amazing and I will be returning.
I continue to have a fantastic experience with Dr. Kim. He is very knowledgeable and spends time going over your options and explaining cons and pros. I had multiple consultations with other med spas around WA and Eterna definitely is the most welcoming, professional, beautiful, highly experienced med spa. They book up quickly, so if you’re thinking about wanting a consultation I’d call them sooner than later. Highly recommend.
They made sure that I was satisfied with the results, and didn’t hesitate for a follow-up. Good service.
This place is a joke! Kathy, Dr.Kim assistant said that she will submit an authorization to my insurance, so a week or so later she emailed me that insurance denied my procedure, and I called my insurance to find out what’s going on, my insurance said that they never received a request for a procedure from Dr.Kim’s office, when I called Kathy she stated that they “assumed” that insurance is going to deny my procedure and they just lied to me, lol also they sent me a fake thing without my name on it that it was declined. Ridiculous, wasted my time and after all she is telling me that I can pay cash and get the procedure done. No way I’m trusting this place. Be careful with this place.
This relaxing & effective treatment with master esthetician Ann, was superb! She is so efficient and kind and works diligently to obtain my skin care goals. I totally unwind in this spa like environment with Ann.
I am very impressed with Eterna. Everyone is welcoming and friendly from the time you walk in the door. The lobby is inviting and always has nice decor. They have anniversary specials that are twice a year and give an excellent opportunity to try different treatments at a great value. Souzan is superb and is always concerned with my comfort during treatments. She knows her equipment well and exceptional about explaining everything to me. I have had very pleasing results from her treatments. It’s a long drive for me but well worth it! I highly recommend Eterna.

I saw Dr. Kim to have my varicose veins fixed. I had some “special” needs and Dr. Kim and his staff (especially Elizabeth) were awesome and more than accommodating. My over all experience was exceptional. I highly recommend Dr. Kim!
