I always look forward to my appointments with Eterna. The staff is always very friendly and inviting. I am also very pleased with the results of my vien treatments. Dr. Kim is professional, thorough and extremely knowledgeable. He also has very good bedside manner and is an extremely good listener which are very important characteristics for a Dr. to possess. I would highly recommend Eterna to my friends and family

I had an appointment for an ultrasound at 9 am. I was about 10 minutes early. The paperwork process was painless and I was out by 9:20. The staff was very friendly, office was clean and cozy and I will gladly recommend them to family and friends.
I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Eterna. The facility is lovely and the staff is amazing. They went out of their way to help me schedule 2 consults in the same day just to better fit my busy schedule.
The consultations were extremely helpful. Not only did all my questions get answered, but l felt like I was given realistic expectations for both procedures. I didn’t feel like I was being sold to, or that these were being portrayed as “magic” fixes. It was all very genuine and professional.
If you’re interested in Botox or fillers go see Ann! She is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about all the ins and outs of those procedures. She’s conservative with her application, too, which I really appreciated as a first time Botox patient. I didn’t end up with extreme results or complications, like we’ve all seen online in “bad Botox” pictures.
She will answer all of your questions, so just ask!

Ann was very friendly, but I do NOT recommend going here for injections. After my appointment my mouth was incredibly crooked. When I smiled or opened my mouth, only the right side would move. I went back to have her fix it at 2 weeks (her recommendation) and now she OVER-INJECTED my face. My smile is hideous! This absolutely ruined my family pictures I just had done for my 2nd wedding anniversary. I get emotional about it every day when I look in the mirror. My 30th birthday party is at the end of the month and I’m so upset this is what I’m going to look like when I haven’t seen some of these people in years. I just cannot wait until this wears off!!

Yesterday I had a microdermabrasion treatment with Angela. Everything about my visit was lovely. The facilities are beautiful and the staff is friendly and helpful. Angela is warm and welcoming, and she is always excellent in the service she provides. I felt well taken care of, and my skin looks great. Thanks so much!
Very knowledgeable staff, doctor is very kind. Clinic is absolutely beautiful! I shopped around for prices for C02 laser and this place was by far the cheapest and my results are amazing. I highly recommend this company to anyone.
