The staff is great. They make sure you are comfortable and feel at ease. They take care of all the necessary paperwork and the many forms required by most insurance companies. The procedure was literally painless. I have had a similar procedure performed 10 years ago, which was actually quite painful. The advancements in this field of medicine is amazing. Dr. Kim has been one of the leaders in the field. The personal care he provides his patients is top notch. The overall experience has been “painless”!!
Every person in the office is caring and warm. I feel like my concerns are addressed and that Dr Kim is wonderful.
I was concerned about a tender nodule in a forehead vein, I walked in and Dr. Kim was able to see me right away, he just happened to have a gap in his schedule, he was very knowledgeable and professional, he has the confidence of a doctor who knows what they are doing, I wasn’t even charged for the screening. Would highly recommend.

I am very impressed with my entire experience at Eterna. From the minute I walked in everyone was friendly and very professional. During my ultherapy treatment Dr. Kim explained what he was doing which eased my mind. He was concerned about my comfort level throughout the entire treatment. His assistant was so sweet and personable, she helped tremendously! I’m very excited to see the results over the months to come.
