Not patient at all with people, blamed me cuz their eye brow color wouldn’t take to my right eye brow. Whatever they put on your eye brows before tinting them didn’t agree with my right side half way thru, So she’d just make it super thick n dark..then when I simply asked about it, they told me I should go somewhere else. I don’t need to be treated snotty by some gal that couldn’t try to do something different to make it work. I’m good, that’s their problem. Professional their NOT!! Save your money for a company that’ll respect you.

Lacey is amazing and does a great job keeping me comfortable & distracted with good conversations. Brazilians can sometimes be a bit overwhelming, but she is so patient, understanding and professional. This place is a hidden gem in Poulsbo and I just love the vibe and how inviting, comfortable, clean and organized everything is. The customer service is always great and I always feel welcome and able to book easily. I wanted to purchase a lip care product for my daughter and the receptionist was so helpful in answering my questions and finding the perfect one. Thank You Frëckle team for another great experience while visiting.
