Very helpful and understanding staff. The nurse was excellent in helping you calm down while already do the preping for surgery, the anesthesiologists was very clear about that whole portion of the surgery and was a really great person, Dr Nichols was wonderful and explained everything clearly and listened to my wants and concerns. The two assistant nurses in the operating room where wonderful as well. All around a very comfortable calm environment with extremely skilled professionals who are excellent at there jobs. Very kind and understanding people who go beyond what the are required to do to help. If I could give 10 stars I would.
