I have been a client of Derma for well over 2 years now. I have had services from most of the Derma team. I love this place. I did have a clumsy experience with the body scrub, but the management rectified the issue and gave me a full refund. I have been going in monthly. I love the staff and the facility.
I had an appt scheduled from the desk at 1045 with Jennifer 1 month in advance. Walked out to my car n recorded on phone phone calender within 5 min. Then I called to confirm a time at 12 noon with Stacy. So wrong. I literally programed in my phone 1045 to be reminded the day before at 5 pm. No email. Just told I was I wrong yet u dont hv the ability to see whom changed the appointment.
RN for 29 yrs. I dont skip a beat. Your staff did n it changed my appt. .Goodbye!
About a year ago I began to visit derma spa, started with botox and considering I had such a great experience with botox I tried the filler. Went in with the idea that they would cater to whatever my needs/ wants were. I trusted them purchased a sirenge and later found out that the person they assigned me (sarah) went too deep, about a week later I started to notice and feel lumps forming with really bad bruising, my lips almost looked deformed. So I Went back and wasn’t happy, I knew bruising was normal and noticeability of lumps but it was painful and took a long time to smooth out. After missing a few appointments because of work, they quit letting me come back. So I tried a new spa and the information I received floored me. I was then told the injector from derma spa went too deep, I should’ve never experienced that bad of bruising and lumps. Not only that but when I got botox at derma spa back in June I’ve never experienced sensitivity til that time, my eyes would not stop watering, the new place I go to didn’t give me any of that with my botox, and expressed if I’m not happy with something they’re gonna do whatever they can in their power to make it right. I didn’t get that with derma spa and as upset as I was that they kicked me out after paying over 3k in services, I’m glad I found my new spa, they’ve done nothing but make me happy and prove how incompetent derma spa is of injecting clients. WHATEVER YOU DO DONT GO HERE, LOOK ELSEWHERE, SAVE YOUR SELF THE TIME, TRAUMA AND STRESS.

I’ve been coming too Derma for years now and I see Amanda for injectables. She is the best! She is so knowledgeable in her profession and makes you feel very comfortable and confident. You can tell how passionate she is in her craft and it shows in her skills.
I also go to Jennifer for all of my esthetician needs and she is absolutely phenomenal! Again she is so knowledgeable and passionate in her craft and she has changed my skin for the better. Thank you Derma for years of amazing service.
Wanna look fresh and natural??…then this is your place! Larissa is an awesome injector and helped me to achieve the results I was after. Now at 40 I feel better than ever. The staff is super friendly and nice as well. Love this place and will be returning!
I had a consultation for tattoo removal. Sara was very detailed and informative in explaining the process to me.
I highly recommend Jessica for Botox injections! I went in for Botox two weeks ago, I was interested in getting a brow lift. As I’ve aged, my eyelids have become more heavy and my eyes more hooded. This was my first time getting Botox. Jessica explained the procedure throughly and answered all of my questions. She also explained the difference between Botox and Dysport. I ended up choosing Dysport since it takes less time to notice. I started noticing a difference within a few days and now I see the full effect. My eyes are less hooded and the skin looks overall much more tight and less saggy. I’m so happy with the result! Jessica was super great to chat with and made the experience awesome. The spa itself is clean and beautiful. The front desk people were all friendly as well. I’ll be back in a few months for a touch up with Jessica!
They keep your card I file and charge u 100$ if your late. Traffic or not you still pay they won’t work with you. I don’t advise dealing with the spa to begin with.
The staff is nice, I’ve had other good experiences here. I had filler a couple weeks ago with Sarah, I followed up when the swelling went down because I had a few issues. Bumps on the inside and outside of my mouth and pretty prominent creases on the side of my lips. One answer was that these lines were there already but made more obvious by filler. The other answer, I may have used a straw too soon or I may “have done something to dad too soon ” since my daughter was in the room. Pretty inappropriate, but moving on. My options are to add more filler, or have threads put in every 4ish weeks to make it look a little better. (Spend more $ and time) just would’ve liked to know this beforehand 🙂 other than that, all of the nurses seem sweet! I’ll attach pictures of my lips in comments for reference in case you decide to get filler here too!
