Sarah my injector was so informative. I actually scheduled Botox and lip filler. I’ve been doing these services for quite sometime but elsewhere. We did a consult about my lips and she was so educational in regards to why I should wait or dissolve and start over. My filler has migrated to some areas it shouldn’t be. Good thing it’s not noticeable. Anyhow I felt good about the decision and glad someone gave me such information. We did do my dysport/Botox treatment. She was so gentle and fun while doing it.

Great experience. Had lip fillers done with Dr McCann. She made me feel very comfortable and did such a nice job and they are so natural looking, not overblown. She made sure I was pain free. She’s the best! Staff there are friendly and professional.
Predatory Billing. Beware when scheduling so you don’t make a mistake and write down the wrong time on your calendar when making your appointment. I work until 6 most days and scheduled my appointment for 5pm. Asked for confirmation and the scheduler said confirmed. I get an email day of the appointment that my credit card had been billed $100. I called to enquire why they are billing me for canceling on their end and she said the appointment was at 3. The receptionist listened to the phone call and said she was correct and that text and phone reminders had been sent to me. I did not receive any reminders from this business. I clearly misheard the appointment time and took 2 hours off of work to get there on time and was really looking forward to my appointment. I am so disappointed as this was my mistake for not hearing the scheduler correctly, but given that I had taken time off of work and now I’m getting billed for it on top of lost hours really shows a lack of integrity on the business policy. The only offer the receptionist made was to reschedule. I cannot stress enough how important it is to ask for an email confirmation as soon as an appointment is made. This would save future clients a lot of disappointment and lost wages on top of your fees for miscommunication. Also, if text and phone call reminders are part of your policy ensure you have the correct phone number.

I love the atmosphere and the staff is always nice and treats you like family! I love Jessica! She is so fun and makes the experience worth it!! She is very knowledgeable and love seeing her every time! Highly recommend for their services!
Have had several different services – all have been excellent. Practitioners are experienced, safe and caring (many have nursing degrees). Facility is a beautiful blend of hyper clean medical clinic and luxurious spa. Amanda is my Derma sherpa, making short and long term treatment plans. She’s also excellent at her craft – the best I’ve experienced – above and beyond any experts located in Bellevue, Seattle, Scottsdale and Chicago.

I saw Jessica for botox this past week and could not have been happier with the experience and results! She is so kind, and took the time to answer any questions I had. She is meticulous and really makes you feel like she cares about giving you the best possible results. She is so sweet and knowledgeable, this was definitely the best botox experience I’ve had so far. I highly recommend her!

I love Derma! After a terrible experience somewhere else, this place has been amazing. I’ve seen Bessie for treatments, Jessica for Botox and Emily for esthetics/peels and loved all three providers. I’m so glad to have found a place I can trust!
I just started using Derma Medical Spa for TMJ related Jaw Botox. My nurse Jessica is very nice. She explained things very clearly and suffers from the same jaw issues which makes her the perfect person to help me with mine. She says I have the toughest masseter muscle she has ever treated. Immediately after the injections I had a reduction in pain (not typical – can take up to a couple of days) and my jaw tension eased considerably over the last 2 weeks. They started me with 16 units in each side and yesterday at my follow up I did 4 more on each side. I’ll be doing 20 on each side moving forward but Jessica says if I stay consistent, the number of units needed will decrease over time. Very satisfied. I’m so glad I learned about this option. I’ve suffered terrible over the last 10 years and especially bad the last 4. The spa is clean, welcoming and the staff is very nice.
