I’ve had botox injections with Dr. McCann and just yesterday eye brow wax and tinting with Stacy. Two remarkable women doing fantastic work!
Very good about getting you in and out quickly and on time. Betsy is great. I felt very comfortable and got all of my questions answered. The procedure was explained and the results were amazing. I highly recommend. The atmosphere is wonderful.

I have come here for close to two years now for Botox and laser treatments. I was driving an hour away to Bellevue for this and decided to try somewhere local. I am very please with their customer service, pricing, and the results. I appreciate the Botox punch card and love that they offer you a complimentary water. Both the MD and Nurse practioner’s are helpful with recommendations, when asked, and take time to answer questions. I have been debating on trying some of their other services, such as PRP or micro needling since everything has gone so well. Absolutely recommend Derma Medical Spa!
I love Bessie McCann! She’s so warm and personable, but still very professional and won’t just try to upsell you on services you don’t need!!! Love it!!
I love Derma Medical Spa, everyone here is so nice and they really help you choose the right treatments for you and actually try to save you money. I have never had them try to “upsell” which is why I keep coming back.

Initially I loved this place. I have to edit this though after my last experience.. Adrienne made me feel very comfortable. The results were not as good as I see results in other places, but it’s the closest one to me so I went a few times and had a couple more appointments. Unfortunately, I got caught in really bad traffic on I-5 (huge accident) and I could not make it in time, clearly I would be a wee bit late. When I called to let them know they immediately charged my credit card no show fee $100. Didn’t really mind, I just felt really bad that my tech was just sitting there waiting, so I tried to explain but the receptionist interrupted and basically said too bad, its our new rule, you agreed? I wasn’t arguing it, all I wanted was for my tech or know I wasn’t blowing her off, after all I had planned to visit more times but it became a showdown with those people. She (gal at front desk) actually asked me when I wanted to reschedule. I cancelled ALL of my remaining appointments. Why would I bring thousands of dollars to there for that type of customer treatment? They just were just so concerned about a no show fee. They lost A LOT more money then they tried to recoup off the no show fee. That was silly

I have been treated so ungrateful by this company after refusing to sign a $100 late fee agreement. My services run from $40-120. Per session the owner never had the decency to call me over this. They rather just let the receptionist call me. I don’t think it was a fair agreement to the services I receive. They state no expectations. I have only once I believe been 3 min late which I called them to let them know ahead of time. I had no issue with the doctors they are very nice, but the companies police should be more reasonablefor such little services. I have gotten multiple services there and they refuse to see me even on a cancelation. I am available 6 days out of the week you think they want the money. I just don’t see this as fare. They have lost my business becuase they chose not to see me. I will find another place to go to get me treatment. No medical place has ever treated me with the outright disrespect. Very unprofessional how they handled the situation. I will seek a company that values there clients and edit this post on where that is so people don’t have the same experience as I did. Only reason they got 2 stars i was becuase I had no issues with the doctors or I would of gave it a 1 star to the receptionist, policy and ownership. I respect your business and always have its unfortunate you treat people the way you do off a paper policy. I was kind to all your staff and yet you show knowthing but disrespect.

As a Local Guide, I take my ratings seriously. I want to give this company a 5 because the people who perform the services are truly top-notch, but I feel compelled to update to a lower score. The only problem they really have is a bit of a customer service/trust problem. It’s not bad, especially if you are a very patient person. I am not, lol. When they made a mistake and booked me for the wrong appt time, they charged me $50 for being late rather than just admit they’d made a mistake. They also mistakenly told me I did not have a credit on my account. That was fixed very quickly, but again, no apology. Made me nervous. If I can’t trust them to apologize and try to fix small problems, what would happen if if they made a mistake with my face? I’ve decided to find a company I can trust for the big and the small things.
