Amanda was wonderful, made me feel at home right away. She is so good at what she does that I barely felt the needle. My spider veins have bothered me for years and now they are fading away! It’s a miracle!
I am now 65 and my daughter is 43. We routinely make foo-foo dates to visit Derma Medical Spa together for our “this and thats”, and always leave as though we just spent time with “family and friends”.
Our visits with Amanda Essert usually involve Botox and fillers. Amanda has been absolutely brilliant in her use of filler to restore tautness to areas of my face or sub-structures that, due to age, have eroded. The difference is amazing! My daughter insists that I look like the mom she remembered from when she was a kid.
I honestly used to believe that these types of instant and time-reversing secrets of youth were a luxury only enjoyed by celebrities; but whether we’ve heard of it yet or not, through the 10-years since discovering Derma Medical Spa, I continue to be impressed with how adept they are at perpetually leaning into the winds of whatever non-invasive procedure or innovative approach solves the issue. …And I’ve had many issues.

P.S. I just experienced Adriana at a filler visit. Before the actual treatment, Amanda and Adriana worked in tandem taking time to carefully assess structural and aesthetic needs with the objective “how to counter gravity and the effects of natural aging of my skin and face”. It was an amazing visit! This was my first experience with Adriana. Her expertise was SUPERBLY INSTINCTIVE! Thank you again!!
I was extremely nervous at first and have now been there three times with my next appt already on the books! These are not only pampering services, but also medically trained professionals with all services overseen by an actual doctor! My personal fave is the dermaplaning service which leaves my face feeling like pure silk! They use a medical scalpel to remove all the dead skin and peach fuzz from the face and neck plus you get a mini facial massage with nice moisturizers and tinted sunscreens. I literally feel like my skin is glowing when I leave! Choose from a huge menu of services specific to your needs – I can’t wait to try more!

I cannot express enough how wonderful derma medical spa is. The aesthetic and physical environment is incredibly relaxing and clean. All the staff are warm and welcoming. I have met with several providers and have found them to all be great & professional. Amanda is who I am using consistently and she is amazing! I have always felt listened to and that my best interest is taken into consideration. Derma is awesome!

I made this appointment weeks ago. They cancelled my appointment last minute because I wasn’t comfortable giving them my credit card information before the appointment. What if I was paying in cash? Is it not customary to be paid once services are rendered?? They also said they hold $50 on your credit card in case you want to stop in and buy something else, I’ve never heard of business holding funds just in case.
I received sculptra on my face, the staff did not communicate with me on the results and side effects. It’s been almost 3 months since my first ejection with minimal results, and a slight lump under my right eye. After reading the reviews and results of sculptra, there are many negatives. I have allergies, if you have any, I would not recommend sculptra, unfortunately, this was not communicated to me. I would also recommend a certified MD dermatologist to perform the ejections.
Everyone made me feel very comfortable and cared for! The spa is beautiful and welcoming! I’m so excited to go back!
Derma Medical Spa is amazing! I have been going there for the last 4 years, and I trust Amanda and Bessie implicitly because they are so educated, so professional, and have the most up-to-date training. They have an outstanding customer experience philosophy. This is the only place I recommend for Botox, filler, PRP micro needling ect. They are hands down the best!
