Laser hair removal is a life changer!! I tried everything on my bikini area including shaving, waxing, epilating, etc. and all would leave me with painful razor burn or ingrown hairs. I starter laser hair removal last summer and the results are amazing. I paid $300 each time for the extended bikini/brazilian laser hair removal and had 7 sessions over 8 months. After the first couple of sessions, the results were visible, and by the last couple it was down to small patches of fine hair. I didn’t find the laser to be too painful and any pain would be done within a second, and the total session would last probably 10-15 minutes. Jenifer did my services and would always check in during the session to see how I was managing. She was super professional and informative every time. They needed to get a new laser at one point that caused my session to be rescheduled and the minor inconvenience resulted in a discount without me having to ask. This place is very clean and everyone who works here has been great. Now I’m deciding when to start doing laser hair removal on my underarms because I am so happy with the experience and results!
Jenifer is interested in her clients and goes above and beyond. She has been very accommodating of multiple reschedules due to unrelated health and family issues. She communicates clearly and ensures any treatments are within medical recommendations. Jenifer makes you feel personally cared for. You are not just another appointment.
I’ve been here once so far and the experience was super enjoyable! Amanda is magic, and spent 20 minutes on a Friday night before my Monday appointment, chatting with me and answering questions to ensure I was comfortable. She’s very thorough and explains everything in great detail. I left with a huge boost to my confidence, not even because of the procedure, but because of how they treated me and made me feel beautiful just as I am. A really empowering experience!
Edit March 2021: Gotta jump in here and just reiterate how amazing of a person Amanda is! She is SO fun to talk to and makes you feel so incredible and confident. She really is a magician with the things she can do, and the care and attention she gives to her clients is unparalleled. You leave feeling so empowered and beautiful. Can’t recommend highly enough!
Edit March 2023: this place is still great and Amanda is one of my favorite humans in the world but removing one star due to the fact that they always ask me to leave a review when I clearly have already left one, and they are almost always 10-15 minutes late which is really inconvenient, especially because they have such a strict policy about clients being on time. It gets really tedious.

I’ve also had tixil treatments and prp under eye injections. I absolutely love derma spa. It’s a posh yet welcoming experience. Jessica is an artist & makes me feel welcome and safe. I recently referred my mother to derma spa and shes a big fan too! I would highly recommend this spa to anyone who wants to experience some much deserved TLC. Thank you derma spa! Jessica is “The Person To Go To For Botox.” She is the BEST BOTOX TECHNICIAN I’ve ever had since I got my first Botox 20 years ago! On top of her skill and experience of working as an ER nurse for a long time, Jessica is undoubtedly authentic, honest, caring, fun, and positive. The moment we locked our eyes, I felt excited, happy, and safe, which rarely happened in my life because I have a people phobia (sociophobia). To be honest, I have not been keen on sharing about Jessica. Actually, I’ve kept my miracle person secret for about 1 year since I met Jessica for the first time. Selfishly, I have worried that it would be difficult to secure my appointment with Jessica as she would be crazily fully booked once people learned about Jessica. I finally decided to share because that’s a good Christian must do.
IN THE MIDST OF THIS COVID CHAOS, MY TRIP TO DERMA MEDICAL SPA IS ALWAYS A FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL PLACE TO GO FOR “ME TIME”.

Before I went, I was talked into by different shows, people, YouTube etc to get fillers to improve my then very hollowed face from the aftermath of chemotherapy. Bessie ( owner) spoke to me about how I felt in a genuine way and introduced me to Sculptra, then was the only provider in Washington state to offer this. Changed my entire perspective on medical spa treatments! Sculptra is the most natural way to gain the collagen back, and is the near the same pricing as fillers! I could never thank her enough for making me feel that cancer took a lot from me, but could not steal my youth!

Background is that I’ve enjoyed using some of the services provided here and have spent a significant amount of money on them as well. I’ve always shown up 15 mins prior to my appointments, but was highly disappointed with my most recent visit. Today I was charged as a no show even though I called about 15 mins ahead of my appointment time to tell the receptionist I was stuck in traffic. After driving 45 mins, and ending up 12 mins late, the receptionist refused to see if I could be seen by the physician. This inevitably wasted even more time before finally walking back to see if they would see me. I can’t control Washington traffic which everyone knows is terrible and they still decided to charge me a no show fee of $100. I got it, it’s a business, but there’s also emotional intelligence and compassion from time to time. It’s very unfortunate that they treat routine clients like this and I know that it won’t hurt this business that I won’t be seeing them again, but just be wary if traveling from a distance. Such a disappointment.
Amanda is AMAZING! I love that not only does she know skin treatments, but she also has a medical background so she can explain all of it SO SIMPLY! AND she is so easy to talk to and has the best perspective—I always walk out feeling better than I walked in—physically and emotionally. ❤️
