I don’t feel so rushed with her she takes her time and goes the extra mile to make me more comfortable with waiting for ice to kick in and using numbing shots. I’ve been to Northsound three times and all three times I’ve had the pleasure of having Jeanvieve as my provider. She has performed one chemical peel and two microneedling sessions. She is kind, compassionate and easy to talk to. I was very nervous to go my first session, but quickly into my first session I felt very comfortable with Jeanvieve and wish I would have done this years ago. I highly reccomend her!

This was my first procedure (Botox) with NSD and I found everyone to be extremely professional and kind. Peggy listened to all my thoughts and requests, then explained what she would be able to accomplish with the first visit. She was very knowledgeable and transparent about everything. She explained that I would see the results of the procedure within the next two weeks, so I will update this post in a couple of weeks! She was such a breath of fresh air and I look forward to seeing her again!
