Karissa is a great communicator! I ask loads of questions and she was patient explaining the procedure and what to expect after a week, a month and so on. After first procedure I saw a tremendous difference in skin texture and my dark spots were much, much lighter with quite a few spots completely gone.
I just completed my second procedure so will wait for results from this one.
I look forward to continuing my skin care with North Sound dermatology and with Karissa overseeing my progress.

I have been a patient on both sides of the house, the therapuetic side as well as the Aesthetic side. I have been extremely happy with the care that I have received. Both Dr. Bassett and Dr. Malakouti have been phenomenal! Both have been ver personable and easy to talk to. They are the epitome of customer service. Really nice and helpful staff, so friendly. Pegi is great and skilled at what she does. I wish I could remember the girl who checked me in and out – she was so sweet and went the extra mile to help me with point usage. I would definitely recommend NSD for any type of aesthetic work.
