I worked with Michelle to get rid of spider veins around my eyes. She was professional, quick, and generous in the resources she used to help clear up my spider veins. They’re completely gone too! Definitely recommend.
I had the Ultimate Facial. It’s a sampler of several facial techniques, including dermaplaning, microneedling and a gentle peel. The aesthetician was very professional. I left the building with a fresh clean face, several layers of dead skin lighter, and a better attitude. I’ recommend North Sound Dermatology Aesthetics and Karissa wholeheartedly.
Peggy is amazing, she is so talented and hilarious. She provides comfort like you’re old girlfriend hanging out. I can’t wait to “hangout” again.

Nanci gave me a great anti-aging treatment starting with a warm Thermi and finishing off with a fractional 15/40 laser ‘burn’.
Calling it a “spicy hamburger” look! After the numbness wore off, face was only mildly red.
I’ll be back for more.

I highly recommend NSD and Michelle is wonderful to work with. She is very knowledgeable and honest. When working with her I decided to have three IPL treatments done, because she took the time to talk with me about my skin (very sensitive skin) and how I wanted to improve it. I have to say doing this treatment has changed my life in the best possible ways. I had lots of broken capillaries on my cheeks along with rosacea, after the second IPL treatment all of my broken capillaries have disappeared and after the third IPL treatment my rosacea has gone away completely. I do not need or want to wear foundation or powder… life changing from trying to hide my red cheeks each morning with makeup. My skin is even in color, texture and the amount of collagen that this activated is amazing!
