The woman that helped me in my initial meeting was super nice, but seemed like she wasn’t interested in making a sale.. she gave me all the info on the zoom call and I asked her to email it to me so I could share it with my husband and I still haven’t received anything. I’m assuming she didn’t think I was serious about moving forward with treatment. All I needed was a little more time to talk the payments over with my husband, and I explained this to her and as soon as I said this she basically just said that I needed to do it right now or call back and try again. She made me feel as if she didn’t take me serious like I wasn’t I planning on moving forward with their services.
Very professional, quick and relatively pain free. It was only my first session so I do expect the pain to increase a bit.
I had my first laser removal appointment on 8/12/22 at the Mill Creek location. The customer service was awesome and everyone was very friendly! Kim was my provider and she was very helpful in answering my questions and making sure I felt comfortable with the process. Thank you so much Kim!!

It’s new name is Shiftsetgo and I went to the Marysville location. The people who have helped me have been wonderful. I had red light therapy and vibration sessions. This therapy helps me a little but does not last very long. I think most people have longer lasting results normally?
The assessment consultant was very professional and knowledgeable. Was very honest that this was not the best procedure for me and guided me to other options.

August 2022: Doing an updated review for my most recent visit! Before this filler round, I had been here I three other times for filler and another service. All the technicians are amazing and knowledgeable & kind. This time I had Jen and honestly will be my go to lady from here on out! She took my lip goal and hit that target and honestly made them look better than I could have imagined! Customer service was on point & always a clean place. I will never go anywhere else for filler!
December 2021: Trish is amazing!! She did my lip fillers the first time I came in and made the experience so easy and comfortable. She was awesome at answering all my questions since it was my first time. I just came in for my third session and im loving it. My lips look natural and perfect and she’s def the go to lady!
I had my first cool tone session today and Grace was so awesome! Answered all my questions and was super informative. She made sure I was comfortable with the cool tone setting and all in all it was a great experience! Can’t wait to come back!
I’ve been going to the Mill Creek branch for several months now and I absolutely love all the staff. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Yesterday, Jen was my nurse and she is amazing. She made me so comfortable and I appreciate how she distracted me with conversations and laughter. Thank you so much Jen!
