Wow. Is all I have to say. I loved coming here until I was charged three years in a row for my membership that I cancelled after the first year. They refunded the first one but on the second and third time are refusing to. I have told them I have cancelled and they say they see my cancellation but are refusing to refund me the $250. I called a few times to get an update as I was told I would get a call back from Tyler and he never called me back. Now everytime I call the front desk says they will get my note to them and it’s been 3 weeks and no reply. And everytime I call him directly he never answers nor calls back. How messed up is it that I have to cancel my credit card just so they don’t charge me for a membership I cancelled three years ago!
I had a good first impression of the people I spoke over the phone and on a zoom meeting. Both were very professional and friendly. The zoom meeting with Julianne was very pleasant. She explained everything and answered every question I had.

Let me start by saying one star is too high. When I 1st had the opportunity to meet the people at Ideal Image they convinced me that it would be important to start their “Patented Laser Hair Removal” right away before my hair turned grey and became resistant to their special laser. They also convinced me to sign up for their “Lifetime Guarantee” because hair can sometimes grow back (rare but it can happen). Well the hair did not ever go away, even though I had several treatments. I found out that the lifetime guarantees nothing but Ideal Image lifetime money from me, because even though the sales lady guaranteed no additional money….I get to pay for each and every treatment at their “discounted price”. Lol! (Just so you understand exactly what happened I paid several thousand dollars for hair removal treatment. They convinced me that for $250 more they would give me a “Lifetime Guarantee” so that I could get the hair removed if it grew back….and when I called them I was informed that I would have to pay for my future appointments at a discounted price.)
I spent several thousand dollars for something that was complete and total waste of time and money. They also convinced me that I could get Botox at a discounted price. Also LOL! I walked around with a surprised stupid look on my face for 3 months! It was the worst Botox I have ever had. The staff is very well trained in the art of high pressure sales but not so much in the fine art of aesthetic dermatology.
If you want to look like a botched after picture this is the perfect place for you to throw your money away.
I hope that by reading this I can save at least one person from making the same mistake I did.
Not only are is Ideal Image a high pressure scam, the actual work they do is very poor quality. By the way they pressed me very hard to leave a good review on my 1st visit- I now know that is probably because they know that they wouldn’t get a good review after you actually used the package.
I honestly have had great experiences with my technicians. But I have had three requests to have a manager call me due to my medical hold not being inputted correctly while I was pregnant and couldn’t get services. Now my package is expired and I’ve been waiting to get a response about extending it. It’s been almost two months and nobody has reached out: and I can’t get a direct phone number for the location anywhere. Would love to update this to a five star based on service, but I can’t get management to call me regarding my account

If I could give them zero stars I would. I paid them 3,000 dollars for my treatments only for them to not finish it and try to charge me more money for the “lifetime gurentee” THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. Please don’t waste your hard earned money here they will screw you. P.S lazer hair removal doesn’t remove hair. It turns it blonde and then they tell you it’s un treatable.

Professional, clean, and friendly services! I had Kim and Shannon do my laser hair removal and they told me what to expect and took their time to make sure they got everything. I have had great results after just those couple treatments I’ve had so far. Money well spent and I would definitely recommend to a friend!
